Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas City

Ordered my pizza for delivery from dominos with an estimated delivery of about 20-25 min. Awesome, right. So order was placed at 728pm. 2 med pizzas, cookie brownie, and garlic bread bites. At 742 it was in quality review status according to the pizza tracker. Around 750 I checked just to see how far my my delivery was so I could be ready to meet them in the lobby. Still showing under quality review. At 815p my husband was getting a bit hangry so I checked again to see the status. And what do you know no status change. So I called the store directly just to be hung up on. Called 2 more times sitting in home for over 3.5min each time to have NO ONE ever pick up the phone. After my in 3rd call the tracker showed my driver leaving and in the way. That was about 828pm. I received my order 4 min later (THAT'S RIGHT I AM ONLY LOCATED 4 MIN DOWN THE TO STREET FROM THE LOCATION I ORDERED FROM) once received my think crust pizza was cold and oddly soggy, other pizza cold and moist, cookie brownie dried out and what appeared to be burned, and cold hard garlic bread bites. I didn't even get an opportunity to to call the store to complain, I had an email, in my inbox from dominos staying they dropped ball and offered me 50% off a regular priced menu item or 60 points?! WAIT ARE YOU SERIOUS?! You basically knew before I even knew that my order was ducked off and you are offering me to WHAT?! I spent $30 on food we couldn't even eat. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I mean you didn't just drop the ball... You dropped it, went to pick it up and decided forget it, kicked it out of the way and then said how's 50%. When it comes to pizza delivery I ONLY EVER GO DOMINOS. I may rethink next time and...

This is my second review and the 4th problem I have had with this location. I live 1/2 mile away and I thouvht it would be nice to have a Domino's this close. However, today I ordered my pizza online at 5:35. I left my house and stopped by to drop something off at a friends (out of the way so I would arrive in about 25-30 minutes). Sure enough, the app said that Christina was prepping my pizza at 5:40. I went to the friends, dropped the stuff off and went to Domino's. I got here at 5:56 so I was expecting to wait a few minutes which is not a problem. However, the woman on the phone at the front (after yelling at a co-worker) informed me that it was not being prepped and that the app takes an hour or more to update. I asked her that if that is the case, why do they have an app. She then said that they could not even start making the pizza for an hour. I cancelled the order. Why did the app show it was being prepped? This is the absolute last time that this store will waste my time. If this wefe the last pizza store on earth, I would starve. These people are rude and they are obviously doing something wrong. The post below was from the last time I was here and had to wIt a long time. Extremely upset with Domino's and this location. Someone hacked my Domino's account and ordered carry-out here under a completely different name, yet no one at the store questioned this? I live in PA and this transaction was in TEXAS. When I called the store 30 minutes before closing (called right after noting the order confirmation that had been sent to my email), they did not answer despite still being open. I was on "hold" attempting to call for 30 minutes and gave up at midnight when they technically close. I then contacted Domino's customer support via email since they do not take calls that late stating the situation and that since the transaction was still pending, I was unable to dispute directly through my bank. They told me it wasn't their problem to dispute the transaction and they would get back to me in a few days. I work nightshift at a hospital, so was unable to call this location directly today while open due to being stuck at the bank all morning when I should have been sleeping. I will attempt to call tomorrow when they are open again, but have my doubts that they will be of any help. Honestly wouldn't recommend to use this location or the Domino's app in general. My bank told me they have had many people get their accounts hacked who use the app and that Domino's doesn't seemed concerned with this...
