Tick Tock's on Terrace — Restaurant in Texas Township

My boyfriend and I and a few friends had made a reservation for a birthday party for myself and my partner. Before food came out some random man came from either the kitchen or bar area up behind me, was very touchy feely, straitening my sash, rubbing my shoulders. The server for a party of how many we had was not well prepared to do the task. We finally get to place our order and I ordered a steak. I've had this meal a few times at this establishment with no issues. It came out RARE when asked for Medium Well. So they took the steak back and bring it back 10 minutes or so later now medium but still very pink. I cut it up and this creepy guy came back and apologized so by then i figured he's the manager or owner. After sending my meal back twice he brings us shots (that we didn't ask for) as well as offered my partner and I a dessert for the issues that we had (didn't ask for that either.) They then remake the steak and bring it to me to take home after I told this manger or owner I was done and didn' t want it. I had one bite of the steak of the most cooked end and a bite of potatoes as i had been drinking. We get our bill and they refused to even just discount the steak meal. I was not asking for a free meal but since I didn't ask for the shots or deserts I figured a discount would be acceptable. Well by this time the "manager" left and they could no longer change my bill by offering a discount, they refused to remove it because they made it for me to go home which i didn't want or ask for. I've eaten at this restaurant numerous occasions never experienced this before. Nor will I have it at this establishment again as i refuse to come back. But by no means is it ok to get touchy feely with customers especially if you have no idea who they are. The service was lacking so much, the rudeness from some of them, and the ignorance of the bar tenders to point and laugh as we left the building. I'm mind blown t think that anywhere in the service industry this is at any form...

This place is very nice we came here for fathers day and sat outside the food was delicious everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks there are a few reasons I'm reluctant to return the service took forever just to get drinks would have been better if they kept the drinks coming they could have made so much more money just by doing that also I checked their website before we made reservations they said they have happy hour 2 dollars for domestics and 3.50 for craft beer we get the bill and they charged us full price for all the beers I was already upset with how slow the service was it got to the point where I told my husband I'll just go into the bar and order our drinks so I tell our server the bill was wrong and mention the happy hour prices she comes back and said she fixed it but I still noticed that they were charging us 6.50 for the craft beer when it said on their website 3.50 during happy hour someone else that works there came over and said sorry they are regular price we didn't get a chance to change it on our website and still had us pay full price for their mistake I wonder how many people that happened to cause I was viewing there website for a week before we even went and it said the same thing about happy hour prices it's probably still not changed it was upsetting the money is not a problem but don't have ur website saying something and then u get there and they couldn't even say it was our mistake and charge us for what they...

I can’t recommend Tick Tock’s on Terrace enough!!! I came for dinner and my meal and the drinks were so delicious I decided to come back the next day for lunch! I came just in time for the new summer menu and I’m so glad I did. Can’t remember the name but my group had some type of Brie, jalapeño, and strawberry flatbread (?) appetizer and cheese curds and both were gone before we knew it, we couldn’t stop going in for more! As a Wisconsinite, I was very impressed by their curds, they were perfect. I tried the gnocchi da vialvo for dinner and it was so good, the Asiago stuffed gnocchi melted in your mouth! The drink specials, curated by the bartender Kate, were delicious, they were strong without the liquor overpowering the rest of the flavors, and they were all presented beautifully in their glasses. Between the two visits, Becca, Autumn, Kate, and Matt were so kind and accommodating, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I look forward to coming back and...
