Billy's Grille & Bar — Restaurant in Texas

Have been to the Bay city Billy's about 25 times One beeing a birthday party with about 15 friends and have always had good service and great food and have bragged about this establishment. Which is what led to me and some of my colleagues at work to order some food tonight. Tonights food was horrible to say the least. The hamburger double meat was ashed, literally, ordered a large and a small calzone, large was supposed to be hamburger with mozzarella cheese mushrooms and extra marinara sauce, the small philly steak and cheese with ranch dressing. What we received was two small philly steak and cheese, just on was in a large box. We also ordered the cajon shrimp and crawfish pasta. Which they did call and say they did not have the pasta which was alright but we did not expect to get macaroni and cheese with a little shrimp and crawfish. Literally macaroni and cheese no seasoning. Like I said I bragged and some of these guy's didn't know what Billy's was and I am pretty sure that they don't...

Beer ok . The food service and mgmt rates a negative 0 the wait for my simple order of nachos supreme was over 45 min. They arrived burnt with dried out toppings. I expected nacho chips dressed. I got small tortilla discs dabbed with sparse toppings spread with very little cheese and no sour cream and burnt! How they got by the manager and were served reflects upon the owners and lack of staff training. Un fortunately.. the nachos was our second choice. Picture this mgmt.. early dining on a Friday eve of a holiday weekend. And your biggest and most popular item on the menu ...PIZZA! And they are out of dough! What??? How many customers have you turned...

Are you kidding? I ordered Texas chili and cheesy sliders. Three spoonfuls into the chili, I feel hair in my mouth. So I pull it out, but it keeps coming. At least 18 inches long. It looked black to me, but I heard it was blue. Pork cheesy sliders were mostly fat with a little cheese. Tasted terrible, so I didn’t eat them. Fries were not hot, but probably would have been good if they were. I am so disappointed, not mad. To finish it off I got a vanilla hot fudge sundae to go. The fudge was actually chocolate syrup.
