Carniceria & Taqueria La Flor De Puebla — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered three tacos. They were great, so I ordered three more. It's a small mom&pop place and the person taking the order was not the same person as the first time, so I double-checked that the price would be the same 6 dollars for three tiny tacos that it was the first time. I was told it would be, but when the tacos came out it was $2.00 more. I already had, had a water the first time, but now suddenly when the second batch of tacos came out they told me my water that I already had, had would now cost me $2.00. I did not get a refill on the water, and although I had asked for a to go cup they had not told me there was a charge and I HAD ASKED TO BE SURE!!! My advice is that this place and any that do things like this should be avoided no matter how good their food is!! I hope they change their illegal and unfair pricing policies or go out of business soon. The way they did my pricing...

Ok , I love my Mexican Food and growing up in Pasadena Texas there no shortage of Delicious Mexican Food . a Taqueria on every corner . if you happen to be in Livingston Texas this is the spot if you want delicious authentic Mexican Food. I've tried the other establishments with all the Hype of enjoying the food because of the exterior look of the building and the High dollar store fronts . Hands down this place may not look like the others but you can't replace Good Taste with a Fancy name , Sign or Building. So Hands down this is the place that puts it's all in the Taste. Came here for breakfast, 4 people total, myself, my wife, and parents. Food was good, but pricing is ridiculous. Two of us got menudo. A bowl of semi watery and somewhat tasteless menudo for $13… wow. Three of us had huevos rancheros; very simple dish, basically 2 eggs with salsa, some ok refried beans, and potato cubes. The grand total of $83, BUT THAT’s NOT ALL FOLKS! They even charge to use your credit/debit card! So I was told 82.and change, came out to $85.48 total charged. And again, for very simple breakfast for 4. The waitress was very nice tho, and had trouble figuring pricing at the end. No itemized receipt. But that’s alright, won’t be coming back ever.
