I went today at approximately 4:45 with a co worker before we took off to work. They didn’t have any biscuits and couldn’t substitute it either even when I asked if I could at least have a small fry. Yet I was still charged for it. The mashed potato my co worker ordered was watered down and tasted very dull. The chicken we did get was undercooked, and had no flavor. It’s unfortunate because it was supposed to be my meal for work but now I’m left with nothing and I called and they said they could not help me because there is no manager on shift. I don’t understand how they’re supposed to deal with complaints like this when theirs no manager on shift? I guess anything to save on labor costs. But in all fairness I have to tell you as I did tell the employees yesterday, the chicken was fresh, it was hot, the macaroni was fantastic, the mashed potatoes were awesome and of course those jalapeno bombers were fantastic!
