Crawfishin' — Restaurant in Texas

It's confusing here to say the least. There was a girl putting in an order at the bar. I thought she was the bartender. She took a really long time putting in that order and after she was finished, she walked away without greeting or even acknowledging me. Ok, I was confused. When I called, the man told me they can take my order at the bar. I even asked some patrons next to me who the bartender was because they had drinks so a bartender must have given it to them, right? They looked confused as well and said "maybe they were somewhere around here". That made me laugh. Maybe it's because I'm Asian but no one greeted me or even looked my way. I had to wave one of the many servers looking past me and ask if I could make a to-go order. I asked one server and she deflected my order to another. That's OK. The one that took my order was nice.

I'm from Louisiana working in TX and I was craving crawfish. I read good reviews about this place from Google. However, this was the most awkward way of trying to place an order to-go I've ever experienced. I haven't even tried the crawfish yet but felt compelled to review my experience. Thank you...

Easy to find right off the main road in Lumberton. New building the atmosphere was pretty kool they had some music playing. I loved the big fan in the middel it created a breeze. The staff was friendly. We ordered crawfish (of course) corn,sausage and potatoes. It came out fast! The size of the mudbugs were good for start to the season. They were clean. As far as taste they were good. I have to be honest I like mine SPICY. I would have liked a little more heat. The sausage was good too its zummos. Corn is just boiled in water its not cooked with the crawfish so its plain. They do have butter but no salt or pepper yet... the place is very clean over all 5 stars we will eat here again. I had the opportunity to visit the guys over at Crawfishin' a few times over the 2017 season, and was excited to find that they take the time and attention to detail to boil crawfish the way I became accustomed to growing up in southeast Texas. When you show up at Crawfishin', you'll find that they welcome and greet customers like you would guests in your home. Their in-house seasoning blend has the perfect amount of heat, the crawfish was always the best size available on the market, and I've never had cleaner crawfish anywhere.
