Diligencias Taqueria — Restaurant in Texas

I had the cravings for some traditional delicious taquitos and endless charro beans, so I headed to Deligencias Taqueria for my afternoon lunch break. It was during rush hour, and I was thinking that the place would be packed as I have encountered it in the past. I was surprised to find several available tables to have a good lunch break and wind down after a long morning. The new waitress greeted me with a big smile and took my order as I had told her. Normally I just have the six taquitos with a water that cost about a little less than $5, but today I was looking to splurge so I ordered the combo with corn tortillas and half a baked potato with a fountain drink. The place was really clean and organized as I moved to get my soft drink and headed towards the table right at the center. I was probably there about 5 minutes when the waitress came over and serve me the charro beans and in a moment's time I had my order ready. When the food arrived and had a very good presentation and what I like the most was that the food was really hot as if they had barely made it a couple minutes ago. I had ordered the steak taquitos which came with some caramelized onions and on the side they place you half lemons which I enjoy a lot. At the end of 30 minutes as I was done eating, and on my way to my next destination. Costco gas station. This is one of my favorite places 4 good food at a great price when you are trying to budget. I highly recommended to dine in and takeout. I sometimes take my family home some taquitos after work on Friday's on my way home....

I have been looking for lonches every time I have made the trip to the valley. Finally stumbled across this place. I was not disappointed! The lonches were great, the salsa verde was very flavorful and had the perfect sneaky bite. The stuffed potato was uhhhhhhmazinggg! Had plenty of butter, cheese, sour cream and bacon bits. Charro beans were also very good! I will definitely be coming back. Love these little hole in the wall places! Great food at...

The food is good and tasty, But the service is no where it should be. Your product and your SERVICE will define your business. I have gone 3 times and the cashier looks agitated. I have never received my beans on time because there not done yet. NOT even a curtesy notice of ETA on them. They don't greet their customer upon arrival. Mind you, this is only constructive criticism. I do hope they can pick up these flaws to make the customers experience...
