I wish that I could leave no stars but here we are. First off dominos isn’t my preference but due to limited resources they are the only delivery service we have. I’m eight months pregnant on bed rest my husband is away at work I and I have to care for a toddler myself and two other children when they arrive home from school. My order was placed at 2:33 my order left the store at 2:50 I opted in for order tracking that’s how I’m aware on the specifics. It’s a rainy day so I allow myself enough time to account for any delay before becoming concerned. At 3:45 I called the store only for the rep to tell me he could resend my same order I asked if if he was aware that my order has been out a hour he placed the manager on the phone who was was giving me the same resolution and I responded the same. He then began to get upset and express to me that the driver didn’t get out and walk to my door and turn away...and that they called my phone. I expressed that I didn’t have a good reception in my home and that I’m standing outside making the call I also expressed that I placed the order so I’m expecting a knock on my front door so I occasionally walked to the front of my 5 bedroom house. He said he would remake the order and ended the call. I wasn’t satisfied with with the way he addressed the situation so I called and spoke with Liz who seemed to be apologetic and I asked her what was the managers name she stated “I just started here and I don’t think I'm allowed to give you that information” at that point I became so pissed that I wanted to drive to the store but I realized that wouldn’t make a difference. They treat people that way because they are aware that we have limited...
Read moreSince the pandemic started, my family and I have been really cautious with when we leave and get food. We decided to order Dominos because on their website they offered "Contactless" delivery. Which is why we chose that. We usually don't do delivery. When we do get Dominos, I just go to pick it up since it is literally three minutes away. We order online, add a tip, all with the delivery to be zero contact. We are watching the order being prepared on the app. It says it's out for delivery. Next thing I hear is my door bell being rang and the driver waiting for me at the door having me sign a receipt and to hand me my pizzas. Some people aren't worried about this. I am not one of those people. We have been personally effected by this. I asked the driver "I though this was supposed to be Contact-less delivery". He replied, "Yea that's more of a suggestion." Ever since this Dominos was put in Lavon I have had bad service in some fashion. This is the last straw. DON'T ADVERTISE SOMETHING IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DO IT. From now on, I will order my pizza from somewhere else. I would rather have a frozen pizza from the dollar store. But I know you don't care, as the service hasn't gotten any better. So have a great day...
Read moreI ordered over 80.00 dollars worth of food and tipped seven dollars only to be told that they couldn’t bring me my bites back because they were valued at a lower price. Mike which may not be his name refused to bring me my bites and after saying he spoke with a manager about it that he was the manager. He refused to give me the gm entire name and was combative. If I was Caucasian he wouldn’t be comfortable doing what he was doing . Definitely won’t be ordering here again. You’re supposed to give the customer their food if that’s what they want then dominos is 2 minutes away from my home. Definitely disappointed. I’m in this industry so I know how it goes. I guess dominos doesn’t reprimand its employees cause Mike is very comfortable at not satisfying dominos customers after they made the mistake of missing my food that was ordered. Oh and I know the phone calls are recorded so dominos if you’re paying attention to your customers you need to hire productive employees or you’ll lose business. This is already a small store in a small area so I know your sales can’t afford to lose...
