Abysmal would be an adequate description of our delivery. This Saturday, about7:45 we order 2 large pizzas an two 2 liters. After an hour and a half the app showed delivered but nothing had arrived. We tried to call but the phone just rang, until some one picked up and hung up. The store isn't too far so we drove over, there was a man before us with the same issue. We requested to cancel the order and remake it in the store. the store manager made sure everyone knew she wasn't happy about dealing with problems but she did redo the order, 2 large and 2 drinks and even threw in a discount. From there, we sat IN the store for another 45 minutes. Until one of the delivery guys asked if we were waiting and tried to give us one of the pizzas they had delivered to that other guy after he got a refund and left; they actually went back and took back those pizzas. In fact, they had not started making ours the whole time we'd been waiting. They quickly slapped 2 mediums together and gave us a 2 liter( we insisted on the second, but took the mediums because it was after 10 now and we got a bunch of kids to feed). The food was always cooked to order and (since we live 5 minutes away), it would be delivered fast and fresh. But easily 8 of my last 10 orders have had issues. There have been times when I get a pizza with things like "Alfredo Sauce" that I've never ordered and never would. Or I get an alert that the pizza was delivered and it isn't there or, I don't get a notification only to find that the pizza was delivered and it's sitting on the porch because nobody knocked or rang the bell to let me know about the pizza. When I go through the app to voice my concerns, it says "sorry, would you like points toward a free pizza" and when I say No, it spins then comes back with "Technical Difficulties". How convenient that when People want to complain their app has "Technical Difficulties" I have called and spoken to someone at the store and there is ALWAYS an excuse, usually that there was a shift change and that caused the delay (mid-delivery????)... I have options and I am going to start exploring them. I will never order from this...

My daughter and I had an awful experience involving one of the domino's drivers backing into our moving vehicle. We clearly honked letting the driver know that he was backing up into our car, and he blatantly refused that he had hit us and refused to provide us with his insurance and drivers license! We had to get police involved in order for him to provide us with any information. As if that was not enough, another domino's employee walked out telling the man that hit us to make sure we had drivers licenses! I guess us being Hispanic made us easy targets l, enough to question wether we had drivers licenses?! Their racism was clearly showing and we will no longer support establishments that treat customers like this. I hope the Hispanic community is aware that people like them work at...
