El Taco Mañanero — Restaurant in Texas

We dined it for 3 ordered food it was like $45 worth, hoping to have a good lunch for out long exhausting day ahead of us,I ordered the plate "enchiladas rojas" and they gave me a totally different sauce on the enchiladas, it was " mole sauce" and when I asked if I could speak to the manager a chubby white complected Hispanic lady around 45 yrs old came to speak with me and she was very rude and said that, that's how the food was made and that that was the correct sauce, I asked her if she could please change the uneaten plate and and she said that's the way it was and that she couldn't do anything about it, I have worked as a cook in different mexican restaurants and I know that was not the correct sauce as it was advertised, I threw away my food and wasted my money, I had to go to another restaurant to waste money again since i was still hungry, I hope management can speak to their staff because this was very bad service in regards to food and customer service as well, if they continue to act like this they will surely lose a lot...

I am so disappointed with the customer service today. I have been going to this location for a long time, at least once a week, and never have I had issues until today. I placed an order, and they gave me the wrong drink. I told them lemonade and they gave me a coke. I spoke with the "manager" who took my order and she said that I had mentioned coke which I never did. I don't drink coke, so why would I order coke. She said she repeated the order and said she mentioned coke which she didn't do. If she would've, I would have told her that I wanted a lemonade and not a coke. When I told her that she didn't mention coke she kept on insisting that I did. Even though she said I was not charged for it, that was not the point. She didn't take accountability for her mistake and instead tried to blame me for it. I hope the owners will train their managers better to be able to handle this situation. I won't be going back after this so upset on how things...

Ordered 4 breakfast tacos and was about to go pick them and noticed that my cars battery had died and I wasn’t not able to go pick up the food .. mind u at that point I am not worried about tacos I’m worried about how am I gonna get to work . They then proceed to spam call me 4 hours later while at work at a meeting just to be rude and tell me to not be calling and placing orders if I’m not going to be picking them up ? Lady was super rude and inconsiderate . I’d understand if it was a big order but 4 breakfast tacos of potato and egg ? And they proceed to spam call me during work ?and threaten to block my number from ordering again ? Unacceptable Oh yea I’m going to get out of work at 2pm to go pick up 4 hour old tacos of egg ?...
