This was my first time back to the Frenchy's franchise after boycotting them 14 yrs ago for bad service "not this location" The first two times I visited this location the food was good. The third time they messed up my order, I asked for a three piece meal with fries and dirty rice. They failed to give me the dirty rice. When I went in to get my rice. The clerk told me, your receipt says you ordered extra french fries. I said no, I ordered dirty rice. Fun fact, they didn't give me extra fries either. Fast forward to 1/30/2024 at 8pm. From the time that I entered the drive thru until I got my order was roughly 30Min. I placed my order at the speaker, and the person read my order back wrong. I repeated the order and she read it back correctly. When I got to the window, she read the order back completely wrong again, so I told her for the third time. When I got my order, it had the wrong pieces of chicken, the wrong dessert and the drink wasn't full. When I went in, this ridiculous excuse for an employee asked me "did you touch the chicken", when I told her my order was wrong. I said yes, I had to check my order. She then proceeds to get some tongs, dig the wrong piece out of my box and then put the correct piece in. She then threw the other piece in the trash. So I spend 30min in your drive thru, your employees totally screw up my order. You are so bent on not giving anything extra, you would rather throw food away then let the customer have it as a consolation for being a totally inept employee. The whole time she's looking at me like i'm trying to scam them out of their raggedy chicken. My question is, if I told her I didn't touch the chicken. Was she going to put it back on the warmer? Good god, I've never seen employees this incompetent. This location has ruined it for the entire franchise as far as I'm concerned, they don't have to worry about me ever visiting any of their other locations....

I ordered a few family boxes for adults that were coming to the birthday party, after I paid for my food I sat at the drive-thru window for 35 minutes waiting for my food. So, I then asked the order taker what the status of it was, and she told me it was going to be an extra 12 minutes. She then comes back 2 minutes later, and I open the box and see 2 chicken breast and the rest were wings. I then asked for the manager. NORBERTO was the manager on duty. I asked him if he could throw in a few pieces of chicken to compensate the difference in size since i was given the wrong order, and had to feed adults not children. He then smirked and said "sorry sir, I can not do that, white meat costs more than dark meat" I then told him I don't care about the color of the meat or the price, (ALTHOUGH I paid for the more expensive box) I care about feeding my family. He smirked again and said" sorry, there's nothing I can do" I asked him where the owner was, he said he's on vacation for a month. So, I will be calling this week to see if the owner( Vardo or something like that) really is gone for a month, or if the manager (NORBERTO)was lying to me. If you're going to this location, be prepared to have long waits, and the wrong order, without making the situation right. I live approximately 27 miles from this location but i trusted it because of previous experiences but when i got home my green& dirty rice were bad the chicken & fish was fried in old grease. So i had to result in throwing the food away and cooking something quick for my family. When i called to speak with a manager to let her know the situation she said i had to drive 27 miles back to that location tonight in order to get a refund or them to remake the order. Even after explaining that I lived far and could come tomorrow but not tonight she manager firmly stated that I had to come tonight 11/07/19 or not at all. One thing I know is customers service! I was willing to go back and even bring the food that we ordered but not tonight. I am tired from the long day at work but this was unexceptable. I refuse to get food positioning from eating bad rancid greens and rice and food fried in old grease. Then if its bad when i came earlier do you think I trust it will be good an hour or so later.
