Hunam Garden — Restaurant in Texas

🤮 🤮me and my child stomach is still hurting. First off pulled up and a man fron the kitchen was sitting in the front with his shoes kicked off chilled in th chair all you see is feet. He then proceeded to run to the kitchen because he saw us coming towards the restaurant. We step in and they had three incense burning in the top left corner. It was super strong because it’s a super small restaurant, so three incenses is entirely overwhelming. They had three burning because they had some time of idol worship altar going. We look passed it and order our food. They was back there forever making a lot noise and racket just to come back out and the fried rice was ICE COLD! Literally. As I’m sitting in the chair I look behind my sister and I see packs of water bottles stacked, one of them had a giant dark cockroach. My niece ordered the kids fried chicken, it was not the normal friend chicken, it was some puffy thing. Then there is a restroom in the lobby so now we have the smell of the incense and toilet roaming around in the dining area. The man behind the counter was super rude and smart mouth. This is the very first Chinese restaurant I ate at when I moved to spring 7 years ago. I really loved this place. They recognize my number every time I placed a to-go order. Really sucks that I asked for a modification to my combination plate today, and in response the guy with the gun on his hip BIT MY HEAD OFF! The woman thats always running the front has let me for weeks now sub soup for my sides on the combination plate. Today I guess the dude was in a bad mood and acted like I was getting over on him, or trying to pull a quick one. He acted flabbergasted and then said and I quote “Nah you cant just do that, not going to happen.” When I tried to gently explain as I could see he was agitated, he passed the phone to the woman who started to act like she had never subbed my sides before. It was a really weird experience. Then when I walk in the dude is standing on the side of the counter where you could see him in full clearly as you walk into the restaurant. He’s just standing there gun nice and holstered on his hip. Then I felt like, well I don't wanna make a complaint cause I didn't bring my gun… I don't know that guy???, he obviously agitates easily! and he's carrying a gun. Sad to say I...

I was visiting the strip mall & it was a really hot day & feeling dizzy, i needed a drink of water. I was directed to this restaurant as the closest place that sold soft drinks/water. The place was empty, except for 1 person sitting at a table. I bought a bottle of water & sat down at a different table to drink. The person who sold me the water asked me if I needed something else. When I said no, he asked me to leave. I asked why, and he replied they don't allow outside food or drinks in their restaurant. I was shocked to hear this & reminded that I'd just bought the water from him! The other person sitting there rudely said they don't have dine-in. I asked if i ordered anything to-go, would I be allowed to wait. I said I was feeling dizzy & just needed a quick drink, but he raised his voice so I told them I feel compelled to leave feedback about their lack of empathy & left the place. I can't bring myself to step foot in there ever, even if that is a last place...
