Update: Yaya the manager tried to make it right two more times. However the food was still cold, inadequate, and incorrect. On 10/28/2020, I ordered 2 chili cheeseburger combos w/ extra raw onions on the side. (1.) I waited 10 minutes At the drive-thru window. (2.) Got back to apt, opened burger & saw NO chili or onions (not even extra on the side that I ordered). (3.) I gathered both combos, called the manager & went back. (4.) Again I had to wait 10 minutes. (5.) Got back to apt, opened burger which had a thin layer of chili sauce & 2-3 pieces of meat. Sauce layer was so thin... it's like they had taken a knife & dipped it in the sauce to spread it on the bun. (6.) Burgers were cold & without onions. (7.) Extra onions were yellow bits & pieces, instead of chopped white. During both unsuccessful visits at this Jack, it appeared that most everyone had to wait at least 10 - 15 minutes for their orders... except for the ones that only ordered a single item. Read moreTrying not to be one sided on this one because I just ADORE Jack in the Box in general. So much so that I purposely don't go there too often so I would never get tired of their of food. Waiting time is typacly fairly above average, busy or not, varies of course, the food is just SO GOOD! I find it to be a place to pick up food or even go to and hang out or have a date in. Plus the movies are a short walk away so a great place to go before or after watching a movie. Recommend any Jack in the Box really to anyone. Just don't expect much if you order chicken nuggets there, they're usually small and kinda crunchy-dry in a way. I suggest getting your nuggets elsewhere. Never redrives an apology just excuses.They placed no napkins in my bag, no sauce and Cindy the manager has a bad attitude and really doesn't care. Said she couldn't give me the name of the employee at the drive through window because it's against their policy, lol! It's a shame to see that they waist all their time practically living in this restaurant to get a pay check and hate their job.
