La Reynera Bakery — Restaurant in Texas

Bought a tres leches cake for a birthday August 4th 2024 , and when we sliced it into pieces we couldn't even tell what it was. It was the oldest cake we had ever tasted. Couldn't fine the flavor of it (dry like a rock ). Went back and had the manager tasted it and she couldn't find the flavor either, she said she could not give the money back but she said I could take something else for there . Place is kinda hit or miss. Sometimes the stuff is awesome. Sometimes it’s just ok. On another note on multiple occasions I’ve seen one of there vehicles going to their downtown mcallen location (I’m assuming) and it has always parked in an a handicapped spot or committed some type jerk driver behavior. Not really a good representation for the company. They should fire the dude and chick...

Very limited options. The bread tastes as if it's been there for days, looks so dry and unappetizing. I had gone to a different reynera bakery before I moved, the bread was moist and sweet, there were so many options and a welcoming staff. I found this one here and let's just say definitely NOT...
