After carefully reading the reviews below, i have to share my experience. I normally am pleased to give places great reviews when, but today is unfortunate. I ordered a pizza online at 6:30 PM. I was told to wait 10 minutes then it increased 20 minutes and then two more wait times of 30 minutes. Once I was told my order was ready I was handed two boxes, one cheese and one pepperoni and two orders of the stuffed crust cheesy breads, but as soon as I filled the bottom of the boxes, they were ice cold. I immediately asked for my money back. I then had to wait another 15 -20 minutes before a Manager would come up front to give me my refund. When he typed in the barcode information he told me that my order was canceled two hours ago. I asked how could that be when on the queue it showed that my pizza was just finished he asked for my name that was not my name. I told him my name And stated so the gentleman that handed me this pizza was just gonna give me someone else’s order? I was then ignored and had to wait for the manager to hand me my receipt with the refund. I am truly dissatisfied with this location and I normally don’t wish this for any locations because I know there’s some people that actually do enjoy their job and need to work but this location definitely needs to be shut down due to previous encounters of ordering from this location, handed cold pizza, half cooked wings or pizza with literally No sauce and just cheese on hot bread....

You placed your order online and we don't have thin crust and no substitutions so you have to cancel whole order." I say, I've already been charged.. 'Let me talk to my manager'puts me on hold for 3 minutes then hangs up on me. As im trying to get back through to them, get email that says my pizza is ready. Ok, weird, but let's go get it. Get there and am told again that I had to cancel my order because I placed it on line and they don't have thin crust so I have to cancel the whole order. When I ask if someone can show me how to do that since they have already charged me, and she goes to manager comes back and tells me he will be right up. 2 other customers having same issue. Manager comes up after a minute, asks cashier who needs refund, she points to me and another lady, never makes eye contact with either of us, hands us refund slips, tells us it should go back to card in 2 days and walks back to the back. I understand a busy night and frustration having to deal with corporate policies, but damn! Hang up on me, lie about my pizza being ready so I have to make the trip up to store, and can't simply swap one pizza crust out for another? And mind you it was a $40 order at 7 pm. Read moreTo start off I’d like to say that they typically have good customer service. I could tell they’re constantly short staffed, and one or two people were doing it all. I’ve given them 4 chances to give me a good experience. The first time I ordered online and the wait time to pickup was an hour. I show up after an hour and a half and the pizza still wasn’t ready. So I waited for an hour before I went to my car. Then when I got my pizza it was literally bread sticks covered in sauce and sprinkled with pepperoni. The second time I ordered on the phone and they told me that it would be 30 minutes and they hadn’t even started on it until I got there. Another 20 minutes and they had it out. - it was burned.. The third time I had learned my lesson and ordered the pizza as if it was an appointment and should’ve been ready at a certain time (which was about 4 hours in advance) -it still wasn’t ready when I got there. Lastly, yesterday I ordered again and the pizza hadn’t been started until I arrived. I ordered over the phone and they were trying to get me to get 3 deep dish pizzas to feed 4 people. I straightened it out and then only got the one that I needed since there are 8 slices and it was only 2 adults and 2 children. -Anyway.. the pics below represent the quality of food and sub-par standards I’ve come to expect when ordering from this restaurant. -KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THE DEEP DISH!!!
