Most horrible experience than at any Subway I’ve been to. They have 2 more hours until closing & they were out of ALL types of bread except 2. We got the boss sub & the meatballs were DRY and Burned on one side. Last time it had marinera sauce & it was all dry. He put 2 pieces of cheese and no Parmesan cheese! My cold cut combo only had ham. The guy was African American. Teenage boy that couldn’t understand nor speak up & was an aggravating experience ordering. He was too busy paying attention to people coming in after us like it was a problem people were coming to order food. I understand if it was 30 mins or closer to closer but it was a whole 2 hours prior to them closing. My husband couldn’t even get a meatball footlong, because “they had no more & could not make anymore”. I love Subway, hate this location. They turn off the refrigeration units at least an hour and half before closing. The store doesn't look cleaned throughout the day, they seem to wait until the end of the night. Maybe if they cleaned throughout the day they wouldn't feel so inclined to shut down the units so early. I don't appreciate having my sandwich made off of a tray instead of out of the line. It's unsanitary to shut down the coolers that early. Fresh food is supposed to be kept FRESH. Again, Subway food usually is fresh - not at this location. Also, no one seems to understand the concept of "a little bit" when it comes to the sauce, but my main concern is for the cleanliness and sanitation issues regarding the food. Absolutely the worst Subway I have been too in my life. I am new in the area and this is my closest local subway.
When a customer asks for something it should be done. This is not the first time I have been to this location.
My #1 reason for a star rating is this location acts like they are scared to put something on your sandwich 🥪
When a customer is spending money they worked hard for they should have an order they way they want. Nothing I asked for was outrageous. And If I want it I pay for it even if it is extra
