McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times, and they always forget something in my order. Is it really that hard to remember the fries? The first time, I thought it was just a mistake because anyone can mess up, but now I see it’s a habit. Sometimes they forget the straws, other times entire items, or even the fries. It seems like they don’t pay attention to orders, and it’s really frustrating to receive an incomplete meal after paying.

To make things worse, the other McDonald’s in town has the same problem, although not as bad. Either way, it feels like both locations lack proper customer service and order accuracy.

The worst part is that I live 15 minutes away from this McDonald’s, and having to drive back just because someone didn’t do their job right is a complete waste of time. I’m definitely not coming back. If you go, double-check your order before leaving because there’s a high chance something...

Will give them credit for getting the order correct, however the food was horrible. Burgers were msde really sloppy, fries were cold and soggy. The worst part were the Nuggets, they were hard and tasted like rancid oil. Didn't bother calling, tried that before and all they can say is "sorry" bring us your complete order and we'll replace it. Really I just drove across town and I have to come back. We still love McDonald's but it's so frustrating to get either bad service, wrong order or bad...

It's a shame that everytime I visit this particular store. There is a long wait to get food. It's not like it was a big order. This last visit. I waited about 7 minutes to pay and another 18 minutes to get food. Looking in review mirror. Others were getting their orders. Once ours was brought to us. The order was wrong. I will be contacting owner Frank Mendoza to voice my complaint. I will no longer be visiting this particular...
