Pablo's BBQ — Restaurant in Texas

I tried two things here based on reviews I tried the tacos and they were okay but the flour tortillas or little bit on the thick side in my opinion taking away from the flavors of the toppings. The red salsa is awesome! Really spicy I enjoyed it. But the really out-of-this-world thing was the chopped beef brisket!! Very flavorful! No sauce even required which is the way I prefer it. Kudos to the Cook!! I have not had brisket this good since Nathan's in Brenham was either sold out or got a new cook because they used to be the place I judged everyone's brisket by but about three or four years ago it changed and was no longer good. Pablo's will now be what everyone's brisket is judged against! :-) I will be back next time I'm through this area of Texas. 2d stop brisket still great but minus stars because I bought an order of flour tortillas to make my own wraps and I got down the road and even though she repeated flour tortillas back to me twice I had corn tortillas which I can't eat so that was a waste of money!:-( disappointed staff isn't paying better attention will only get brisket and nothing else in the future if I'm back...

I eat here all the time.I love hamburgers and tacos. While it's not the juicy burger you can get, right off the grill, the flavor of their smoked hamburger makes up for the lack of dripping grease. Combined with fresh veggies, and I just absolutely love it. My favorite are there tacos though, specifically the Al Pastor. You don't get any pineapple with it but goodness, even without the pineapple, and I love pineapple, these tacos are some of the best I've ever had. I've ate them every day for five days straight. With my love of tacos and hamburgers, I usually order both, it's hard for me to try other stuff, but I had there chopped pork sandwich and it was excellent, and so was the potato salad I...

Good food, portions , prices and friendly service. This was our first visit. Looking forward to going back to try more. We ordered from the Mexican food an ordered chicken strip basket, a chicken quesadilla plate and a chicken/ beef quesadilla plate. We were very pleased. We'll be going back.
