TO THE OWNER; Go check on your store.This store was by far the worst pizza hutt I have ever been to. It had absolutely no business. I don't usually write reviews.But I just felt like I had to as a business owner myself. There's so many things I saw wrong when I walked in.
First, when I walked in, nobody was at the register, nobody greeted me and apparently they were looking for Cameron to go to the front and attend the customer. The "manager" yelled out Cameron several times but Cameron never showed up.
While I was waiting for Cameron to come up. I was noticing what the employees doing.
One, was folding the boxes; he was the only one doing well.He was just doing his job . (thin with glasses)
One guy was putting buffalo wings into baggie's the slowest I have ever seen. I could have made ten baggies in the time he made one. But the worst part was, he was using his cell phone. While touching the chicken in making the buffalo wing baggies. Cell phones are very gross and should not be used during free food prepping.
Finally, the "manager" realized that Cameron is still not going up there and said " I hate my job". Washed his hands and came up to attend me. Then he told me he hated his job again while he was helping me.
And they forgot to add jalapeños to the pizza.
I'm not from the area. So when I went back to a family member home that lives nearby I told her I had just went to the pizza hut and it service was so bad. She said it's ALWAYS BAD THERE.
Like I said, I usually don't write reviews, but this was really, really bad and I just thought the owner needs to know.

Read moreAfter my review below, I am coming back to change it. The owner took the time to reach out to me and apologized for my experience and speak to me about my experiences. She was very friendly and sincere with our conversation. I will be back because of her and appreciate the follow up and not dismiss the situation like many other places do.
I have been here 2 times and both times have been completely dissatisfied. Both times there has been a long wait. The latest time I was told my order wasn't ready, the employee told me that she would bring my order to me in 5 minutes and asked me to park in the front. 15 minutes later, I still had no pizza. I witnessed her eat her own pizza though. I walked in and she had no idea who I was or remembered telling me that she would bring me my pizzas. They had been waiting in the warmer the whole time. I took my pizzas and told her thank you for having me wait longer and she rolled her eyes. She did not apologize before my comment so that is why I had a comment. Another customer decided she wanted to butt in and started cursing me out on behalf of the employee so I responded. The employee was smirking the entire time. Read more1st Time- It took them 2 HOURS to deliver, but I let it go and understood that every establishment has their days.
2nd Time- The person delivering left our pizza on our front porch WITHOUT even ringing the doorbell.... in the RAIN! My front door is glass, and I just happened to see it getting drenched while heading upstairs by pure chance.
3rd Time- Over the phone, employee told manager that I was 'getting on her nerves'- granted, she sounded like a teenager with possible special needs, who couldn't grasp what I was trying to communicate.
Will I go back? Not for a looong time. Whoever owns this establishment will eventually be forced to address the issues, and they should probably start with management- they set the tone, build the culture, and enforce expectations. I've never experienced these issues at any other Pizza Hut. I'll give it a year. Until then, I'll patronize the other nearby pizza joint that...
