Ok Acton Sonic something has got to give! We drove through at 4:25 pm today (4/16). Who ever was working the drive through window was so mean and rude I was embarrassed that my children qitnessed her attitude. I would tell you her name but each time she opened the window she slammed it again and never spoke. It started when we ordered. She didn't know where the popcorn chicken button was on her end so she missed the entire last half of the order (her admission). Then I said it all again only at the end to hear, "K". K? What? I'm reviewing it because she didn't punch it in, so I can PAY your store. Lastly, my screen said $6.40 so I took out my wallet but was told at least double when I pulled up by ms. Happypants. I questioned it and she turned sour. No explaining, no nothing, just slammed the window closed, then opened again, no words to hand out drinks, then a bag of food to the face before a "thanks" and a slam again. I don't want to come back to your franchise. Our experience was horrible. Ms. Happypants needs to take some serious lessons in customer care from Jaime. She is the best thing you have...

I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but this establishment seems to be run by a bunch of high school kids who could care less about doing their job efficiently. We placed an order, there was a grilled cheese wacky pack missing from our order, not only did they not provide a receipt for the order, but when we placed an order and paid for the missing wacky pack, it took 25 minutes before we’d had enough of waiting. My husband finally hit the button and called up to just have the transaction reversed and get our money back. The young man over the intercom says “ oh we have your food sitting right here, you just want us to run it out?” Are you kidding!! If you had it sitting there why wasn’t it run out about 15 to 20 minutes earlier! No I don’t want your cold food.. anyways, sorry for the rant just beware of this establishment. Read moreWe live about 4 miles away so it takes maaaayybe 10 minutes to get home. I am not sure why this location has so many good reviews. On a number of occasions they have left out whole meals, sides, given us the wrong order etc. Today my husband picked up 2 burgers and fries. When he got home (literally 15-20 minutes after he left) both of our burgers were cold, dry and tasted off. Our fries were ice cold... ICE COLD! Not even warm. They were dry looking like they had been fried an hour before and day out. After taking a couple bites, my husband has had upset stomach the rest of the day. I will not be going back to this location ever again. We can honestly say we've given it many chances and every time it is disappointing. I don't like to be THAT person who complains but I can't stay quiet anymore. Hopefully corporate or someone higher up will see this and maybe care. Either way, I won't be eating...
