Wort experience EVER!!!!! WENT TONIGHT TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT, STARTED WITH A 15 MINUTE WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE. JUMPED OUT OF THAT WENT TO A BAY, PRESSED BUTTON WAS ASKED TO PLEASE HOME 3 TIMES, THEN ONE OF THE GIRLS CONGR ON THE SPEAKER AND DAYS SORRY FOR THE WAIT, WHAT STALL ARE YOU IN....."WHAT STALL ARE WE IN" ISN'T THAT YOUR JOB TO KNOW...... SHE THEN SAYS I AM RIGHT HER, SHE WALKED UP TO THE BAY. ASKED US WHAT WE WANTED TO ORDER AND AS WE PRICEDD TO GIVE THE ORDER SHE DAYS PLEASE WAIT, I AM GOING TO GO BACK IN TO A COMPUTER AND PUT YOUR ORDER IN. SHE GOES IN WE HEAR A LOT OF CHATTER AND THEN SOMEONE ELSE ASK CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER, SO NOW FOR THE SECOND TIME WE START GIVING THE IRDEO AND SHE SAYS PLEASE HOLD, WE HOLD ONCE AGAIN AND ANOTHER PERSON COMES ON AND ASK THANKS FOR HOLDING CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER. BY NOW THIS IS THE 3RD TIME WE HAVE GIVEN THE SAME OTDER, SO WE ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THE GIRL ON THE SPEAKER SAYS I AM COMING OUT. SHE COMES OUT TO THE CAR ANS SAYS CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER. WE SAID NO WE NEED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ANS SHE SAYS OKAY AND GOES BACK IN. ANOTHER WALKS UP TO THE GIRL (KRISTEN) AND SAYS WHAT CAN I GET YOU. WE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION ANS ASKED FOR SOME KIND IF COMPENSATION.....SHE IGNORS EVERYTHING WE JUST SAID AND SAYS DO YOU WANT TO ORDER. WHAT!!!!! SO WE ASKED AGAIN ABOUT COMPENSATION AND SHE SAYS I CAN GIVE AN APPLICATION FOR COMPENSATION, WE WERE LIKE WHAT, A APPLICATION.......SHE SAYS YA A APPLICATION FOR COMPENSATION FOR EMPLOYMENT.....REALLY!!!! SO WE ASKED AGAIN IF SHE WAS THE MANAGER AND SHE SAYS I AM WHO EVER YOU WANT ME TO BE. WE ASKED AGAIN WHO THE MANAGER WAS AND SHE SAID WHO EVER I SEND OUT. SHE WAS LAUGHING AND GIGGLING THE WHOLE TIME AS IF THIS WAS A JOKE OR SOMETHING. WE WERE NEVER ABLE TO GET THE MANAGERS NUMBER BECAUSE NO ONE THERE SEEMED TO HAVE. FINALLY GOT THE MANAGERS NAME FROM THE STAFF ON THE GAS STATION SIDE. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A HORRIBLE QUOTE ON QUOTE TEAM...

Ā Ā Ā Read morei tried to order on the app that way i donāt miss any items or customizations as i like. i also thought it would be faster as i wanted something quick so i can continue with my day. i waited 10+ minutes for my food at a stall just for them to ask me to pull to the drive thru window. the cashier was confused when i got there & it took about 5 minutes to sort that out. they then handed me my food & the oreo blast which the cap was not secure & it wasted everywhere. the cashier took it back & came back about 2-3 minutes later requesting my bag back & then continued to have a conversation with the cooks about the orders i assume which they then handed me the order for the customer behind me. i handed the bag back & told them it was correct the first time & after more discussion they finally gave me my order but the blast was still overfilled & cap not secured so it wasted AGAIN! my order was also incorrect which after all the commotion, i expected that. i drove out of my way to come to this sonic bc the one around the street from my house absolutely sucks as well so needless to say, iām still very...
