Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

You know I've been real patient with this Sonic for the last 3 years now but enough is enough I've either been ignored and waited for 30 minutes for somebody to answer me I've just been completely ignored and nobody has given me service went in today just order some ice cream for my daughter and myself pulled into the little stalls they're not taking any orders but drive-thru orders what's the difference it's not like you dine in anyway so no problem pulled into the drive-thru when to order an ice cream only to be told the ice cream machines not working now I get it things break but the deal is with this Sonic it seems like there's always something poor management people not wanting to work I don't know but I think y'all should figure it out because that is why people stopped going to this one I don't even see how you are still open whenever you do get to order food it takes 30 minutes before your food is even out there when you're the only vehicle that's being served I'm done with the Sonic I will never be back out here again if I want something I guess I'll just have to go further into town instead of having something Convenient close to to home y'all really need to do better or just close the...

I don't know if this place is short staffed or what. But what I do know is that the staff here have been nothing but detestable in recent years. The past few times I or my wife have been here the service was completely lackluster. The last interaction had my wife waiting at two kiosks for a total of thirty minutes, while a car recently pulled in beside her and got prompt service. She went to the drive through and made her order instead and aside from the woman at the window trying to give her the order of the car behind her, received attitude with the window being shut in my wife's face twice in the middle of talking to the attendant. Not too mention that the order o itself was wrong when my wife received it. What all of this tells me is that the management is doing an extremely poor job of ensuring it's employees are happy with their job and likely blame it on the employees, thinking that they're a dime a dozen. Something you see all to often at establishments such as this. Until something is done about the way this establishment is ran, don't go here unless you want hit or...

The food was fine. It was the staff that was incredibly rude. Drove up to an order station and pressed the button. It was busy so I figured it would take a minute. Five minutes pass and I press the button again. No answer. Five more minutes pass and I press the button one more time. Again no answer. I assumed the intercom or button must be broken even though I saw no sign indicating that so I drove to another order station. IMMEDIATELY after I press the button, a girl comes on the intercom and berates me saying "you should probably figure out that the machine is broken after pressing it several times, ill be right with you!" I instantly see red and am furious so I reverse and go through the drive thru window instead. I hate confrontation but hot damn did that girl need an attitude check. I swear I'm not trying to be like one of those Karens but I didn't deserve the backlash of whatever bad day she was having. There's a Stars close by.
