Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

Husband is a truck driver, so we stop at this location alot when we go to do laundry, etc...but usually in morning.. Today we stopped and placed an order for 2 drinks, mozzarella sticks and a sundae... No one ever came over speaker at stall or even mentioned when they brought food out they were out of spoons... Have you ever tried eatting ice cream with a fork??? The hop brought out a fork AFTER we pushed button and asked for our marinara sauce and a spoon was VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! As she walked back into sonic, she turned around yelling at us...When we asked for a manager, all they said was that they were aware of the situation.. He/She never showed their face or even tried to correct the issue... We will NEVER EVER stop at this location again!! #1-BAD BUSINESS TO YELL AT YOUR CUSTOMERS!! -#2 Manager is too lazy to walk out and talk...

This location was unable to complete my order. We arrived on a Monday at 4:00. We waited 10 minutes for them to answer the call button. We ordered the first item, a small cheddar peppers. It took a surprising 1 minute for them to be ready to ring up the next item we wanted to order, a small blue coconut cream slush. Then they were unable to ring up the third item, a small blue coconut slush. When they finally rung it up 10 minutes later it was the wrong size and price. That's when we gave up and left.

Before that, we ordered in the app and paid for our order. They never brought it out and said they couldn't find it. Unbelievable! 30 minutes and nothing to show for it. On top of that, I have to call customer service to get a refund for the lost order to this Sonic at...

Great and friendly service. I don’t understand how over half of your stalls do not work. I just had someone come out and took my order on paper. Been coming to this place for years and this is the worst I’ve seen this place. If this is a franchise location then the owner needs to sell or do the necessary repairs to have this place running efficiently. The two stars is for the manners of the carhop that took my order. The food was great. Hot and fresh and made exactly how it was ordered. The manager needs some discipline for stopping her carhop for upsizing our drinks for our inconvenience of having to deal with a stall that was not marked as one that was out of service, on top of which, we were only 30 mins outside of happy hour. Completely wrong...
