I came in this morning. There was only one person in front of me. I watched the 2 employees work diligently to make coffee. I waited and waited. They wouldnāt even look at us or say anything. Finally after 5 minutes I asked the customer in front of me if she had been acknowledged at all and she said no. It was such an uncomfortable and unwelcoming feeling. The girl at the register appeared unhappy. Finally a couple more minutes pass and one of the girls comes to the register. No hi how are you, no Iām sorry for the wait. There was just absolutely no customer service skills in this place. It appeared that they might have been new or short staffed which is fine but customer service is important. Acknowledge your customers, greet them, let them know you will be with them in a minute. Donāt make them feel as if they donāt belong in there.
