What can you say about Subway? Ordinarily it's a slam dunk, several terrific options for sandwiches. This location is always a little sketchy. Is usually there's a couple of high school kids running the place and most high school age food service workers generally don't really take much pride in preparation or customer service and, this comes from direct restaurant management experience, so I usually keep my expectations sort of low. But when you order three sandwiches and you spend 25 bucks, you'd at least like the bread to be fresh and the only way you're going to know that it is or it isn't, is by the associate not using stale bread or you personally find out when you get home and you unwrap your sandwich and the bread is like cement! The latter is what happened to us. And it's happened a couple of times at this location but normally we just roll it off and let it go. Because every experience can't be perfect but when the associate takes it out of that little steam cabinet and they put it on the counter and they start to cut it open to prepare your sandwich it's at that moment that they could just say this isn't a very good 6 inch or footlong piece of bread, let me get you a newer one.
So, not able to leave a very positive review...

Listen, I order online to NOT have to stand in line. But I get there 10-15 minutes after putting in my order. The APP says they’re building. They haven’t even started on it and refuse to until they get through their line. So not building actually.
Why isn’t my order put in line the moment I order it? The employee when I asked where my food was said “It doesn’t have to be ready until 5:10.” Listen whatever your receipt says isn’t the time to make the food. You make it as soon as you can unless I request a later pickup.
And don’t give me attitude. I actually tipped. I will be submitting a complaint through Subway’s system as well. It’s absurd I put in an order to skip the line and am still forced to stand in line. Absolutely ridiculous. Jonathan was his name.
Literally arguing with me about it. Telling me the order was 5 minutes ago when I walked into the store 10 minutes before. Insisting he didn’t have to start the order until the latest time it was due.
What’s the point of the app then? I got to wait in line either way. So I’ll just delete this app and take my business to Jimmy Johns. Their employees are actually trained and aren’t untrained losers with chips on...
Read moreLarge selection of bread and and the innards. It's a calm environment and the food is usually fresh. My daughter likes it which is a plus because she is picky. Bad thing is I have went to too many of their stores with rude, bossy, ghetto, employees that rush you and act annoyed if you want an item on the side or take a few seconds to think. A few subways I have been to had nice employees, but mostly they are just rough. Also, the Italian bread is out a lot. The bacon is always undercooked. And sometimes when you ask employees what is in a certain special they say they don't know...which is...
