Subway — Restaurant in Texas

Worst employees I’ve ever seen in my life they kept talking about there plans after work , answering phones in the middle of making sandwiches trying out there dry humor on me saying stuff about how the veggies on my sandwich is weird joking about the store being closed and overall just messing around being the most unprofessional employees ever! I then asked if they could just do there jobs and just make me sandwiches but they very clearly got upset started raising there voices and being obnoxious and when I asked for they names there response was “ why you gonna complain?” “We’ll our mom owns this store so nothing is gonna happen.” And still refused to give me names I left at this point due to anger and let my brother finish my order and he told me as soon as I walked out they started talking about how dumb of a customer I was and other kinds of smack talk then my brother spoke up and said “that’s my brother your talking about so quit “ then the brother very clearly said to the sister “there not related, there lying “ .

My brother heard this and replied “ I just heard you! He is my brother and I don’t appreciate how y’all are acting “ Then the guy once again ! Started talking to his sister(the asst manager apparently) about what liars we clearly are and we’re not related which at this point my brother had enough and paid then left.

I know the last part was kinda ridiculous but the whole point is these people were hostile, rude , sarcastic, dry, unprofessional, and just downright the worst employees In any environment I’ve ever seen and they absolutely deserve to be fired over how freaking rude and aggressive they were and who doesn’t give out there names and replies “my moms the manager so nothing is gonna happen” I’ve been coming to this subway for years and it’s always had horrible employees maybe management like this one hiring there kids is many reasons why I steer clear of this place

The girl was named Ashley and I didn’t catch the brother with the manbun name but these people are the worst and need to go they made me write my first restaurant review in my whole life they...

Was sent here by app instead of the Subway less than a mile away from my new address. Was deeply concerned when I arrived 15 minutes after "ready by" time, and the server was just beginning to make the sandwiches. The show was very disturbing to watch. The kid couldn't even make a sandwich without going back to order receipt after every step. For example, get bread, check paper, slice bread, check paper, toast bread, check paper, add ham, check paper, etc.. After standing and watching this fiasco, I just wanted to get the hell outta there and grabbed my order, and left. I normally check my order before paying, but it had already been over 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and wrap them to-go! Anyway, the reason I give this review so low........ they screwed me out of my footlong pretzel!!! And don't get me started about the fact that they refuse to answer the phone number listed for the store, rings until it goes to busy signal! 3 straight days, during business hours!

I won't drive 23 miles to this Subway...

I know employees don't make more than $8 an hour. But they too individuals that were in there today didn't seem like they were very happy to be at work. One had extremely greasy hair and was in a foul mood. The other had piercings all over his mouth. And you could tell he didn't want to be there either. They acted like we were in inconvenience. When we told him a little bit of mustard he damn near almost squirted the whole bottle on the sandwich. Then when we asked him to please take off some of the mustard he got all huffy and puffy and grab a napkin and wiped it off. But it still had a lot of mustard on it. They were all out of bags so we had to the tote our food in our hands. We get home and the bread is hard as a rock. We will not be going to that Subway ever again. Especially if They are going to have that kind of trash...
