Walked in the establishment. Very humid and warm. Had to order from a kiosk, no staff at registers. 2 people waiting to order with a staff member. I used the kiosk. Placed order. The floors had dried mud and tables dirty. Went to the ladies bathroom. It is very apparent the bathroom hasn’t had attention all day. One toilet was full of waste and toilet paper wrapped on seat. The second toilet had stains and mud and bodily fluids on the floor. (Do the staff use the same bathrooms?) the staff were mainly teenagers. Wearing black hoodies with the headphones over the hood. Customer service was absent from all staff. They lacked the ability to talk clearly - one staff brought my bag of food after 15 minutes and set it on the counter, looked at my husband, my husband said “is that for Vickie? He said yeah. We had to ask for the cups for the drinks. No enthusiasm or customer service skills present. The quesadilla wasn’t cut, the chicken burrito that I ordered was really watery. Not what I would expect from Taco Bell. Granted I haven’t been to A Taco Bell restaurant for a year or so and was shocked by the quality of food. I probably will not visit this establishment again...

Read moreI never write reviews but this is the best Taco Bell experience ever. I stopped by on Aug 4th at around 3pm. Both the guys at the windows were so polite that I asked “How can people working at Taco Bell sound this happy.” I had spent the whole day skydiving on an empty stomach and was light headed and this is the first food establishment that appears on the drive home. I got a 5 layer burrito and it was actually a divine gift from god. Picture this: I open the wrapper to steam coming off, poor some Fire sauce on a corner and take a bite. My eyes glossed over from how fresh it tasted. And not even lying, they packed so much cheese sauce in that bad boy, it squirted out the side and hit the window of my car… the tortilla was literally melting in my mouth. This burrito made me picture a childhood meals made by my mother and I sighed because they couldn’t even compare to how magical this burrito was. That burrito could be a clinical cure for depression. And I think I will forever chase the high of that...
