Tacos y Tamales Rossy (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Texas

Hands down the worst tacos I've ever had in my entire life. Tacos were so bad I wouldn't even give them to a stray dog that hasn't eaten in the past few days. THEY WERE THAT BAD.

Tacos had way more toppings than actual meat. I'm talking like 85% toppings 15% meat. Like cmon really?

Tacos were the blandest non-seasoned tacos I ever had. It's like they were made for a person on a no-salt diet. Pitiful tasting.

There was one taco that had 2 giant chunks of fat and no meat whatsoever. I immediately spit it out because it tasted disgusting. Where was the quality control? That's like scrap meat that shouldn't of even been served.

I ended up throwing the other 2 tacos out because the 2 tacos I tried eating just didnt sit right with my stomach.

Thanks for ruining my appetite and also ruining my mood!

Great quality Taco truck. Nothing beats stopping by here on the drive back home from work. Food is cooked to order. Fresh, hot, and tastes great. Right by the side or the road but there's enough space for about 10 cars to park next to it. They give you Charro Beans to have while you wait.

The owners are such nice people. Rossy and her husband, Fernando run the food joint together. Fernando gave me suggestions on what to order. In fact, I came back here two days in a row. He threw in a free Taco that he made specifically so that I can try out the flavor.

My only suggestion is if you come here, try to have the food as soon as it is made. As with any other Taco place, the food tastes best when it comes...

Best food I’ve ever had from a food truck. The food is always hot and they give you a lot of it. I have tried a lot of food trucks around the surrounding areas and no one has come close to them. I always order a torta there and can’t wait for the weekends for their tamales. The employees are so sweet. They always offer the beans and make sure that I’m taken care of. I absolutely love the owner. However, I will say one thing is that there is a young girl who works on Tuesday and Wednesday who is so rude and over charges compared to the other times I come. Her customer service is awful and now I just turn away whenever I see that she’s working. Other than that everything...
