Villa Del Mar Restaurant Alton — Restaurant in Texas

Before the pandemic my family and I would always go on the weekend it was our favorite place especially with the manager really nice always checking if everything was okay. We just went last night and all I can say it will be the last. We got there and one of the waitresses said we had to wait for a booth we waited about 5 minutes though there was a lot of empty booths. We waited about 10 minutes to get our drink orders. After that another 10 to get or order. They didn’t have some stuff from the menu which was okay. We asked for the entree about two times and the waitress just forgot he finally brought it. When we got our plates we were so disappointed they had limited veggies, salad, ranch was missing the cole slaw was missing, onions, fries ect. I was so disappointed I will not return. Muy mal experiencia. E ido a comer aquí muchas veces y estaba muy bien. De repente entro una mesera y las dos veces que me a tocado ella es un servicio muy mal. La primera ves ordene la torre villa Del Mar sin salsa casera, me la trajo con salsa casera y después me dice que no se puede hacer sin salsa casera. Le dije que yo e ido a comer ahí muchas veces y siempre lo pido igual y siempre me lo hacen. me arrebato el plato y dijo que iva ir a preguntar. se llevo el plato y después me lo trajo como lo pedí. En primer lugar, si no se puede hacer, que avise para poder cambiar mi plato, pero siempre me lo hacen sin la salsa como que no van a poder. Y después vino con la excusa de que el cositero es nuevo y no Leeo las instrucciones donde puso que sin salsa.

La segunda ves Volví a ir y de mala suerte me volvió a tocar ella de mesera. Note que en la Mesa ya no tenían las servilletas. Cuando salió la comida le pedi servilletas y la mesera me dice “disculpe esque cambiaron las cosas y no puedo darle más de 2 servilletas por persona. Pero ahorita checo si alguien deja servilletas le traigo okay?” Y me quede en shock. Me puse a pensar y dije no mames el caldo que deja la gente lo an de vasiar en el caldo “limpio” para ahorrarse eso también. Como nos van a dar solamente dos servilletas. Pongan un letrero que diga que se cobrará extra o algo.

La verdad e hido muchas veces, el mesero joven hace un servicio muy bueno, y otras muchachas igual. Esa mesera es la única que me a tocado dos veces y las dos veces fue mal experiencia. Ojalá y la...

Es una lugar muy hermosa con muchos recuerdos juntos a mi familia y hacen un excelente comida , los chicharrones son de primera categoría están deliciosos pero tenía tiempo de no ir y resultó que fue una terrible idea ir a la hora de la comida al Medio día el lugar estaba ardiendo parecía que estaba muy caliente ahí dentro , al final mi amigo y yo decidimos irnos después de unos 20 minutos , y pedimos para llevar fuimos a un lugar un poco más agradable a comer , creo que fue una mala idea ir a esa hora del día porque estaba muy caliente ahí dentro y lo peor fue que solo tenía una hora para mi hora de comida y pedir ese tiempo por ir ahí , ya no es lo mismo que antes está muy olvidado el restaurante .
