Viva Jalisco — Restaurant in Texas

Small but clean restaurant with great coffee and amazingly delicious and flavorful food! Such delicious breakfast. The food came out quickly and was fresh and hot! The homemade corn tortillas are delicious, flavorful and soft. The flour tortillas are a bit tough and chewy though, try the corn! I was leery of the fries on the breakfast plate vs chopped potato cubes but they were delicious. The refried beans had such great flavor, they were the most flavorful refried beans I’ve had anywhere. We all enjoyed the chips, they were hot, fresh fried, and crispy. The salsa was homemade and not too tomatoey or acidic, it was balance so nicely. The green sauce is delicious. The burrito was filled with egg and sausage and was a generous size. There are so many menu items to choose from we will be back...

when you come here and order breakfast you always get something totally different. I'm not a picky person when i comes to food since i'm a big guy but honest if it was not for the 2 times my dad took me here i would not have come. The service is just ok they never come to your table and ask you if you want more coffee to be honest which is not ok but i will say the lunch is better then the breakfest but not enough for me to say i would come back by myself. Tito's Mexican restaurant estilo Jalisco is way better over all and you always know what your getting and it's down the street...

Wouldn't recommend. The chili cheese fries tasted/looked like cold, small McDonalds fries with a spoonful of $.69 canned chili. The enchiladas would've been good if it wasn't for all the bones inside of it. Not just the adult enchiladas, the kids enchiladas too. Which is crazy considering we actually ordered her a taco. Business was slow and not once did the server come by to check in on us. Wouldn't recommend it. The best thing I had was the drink... Water. That never...
