Whataburger — Restaurant in Texas

This location is sometimes hard to get in and out of, but is always worth the stop! The lobby is always clean, workers are almost always friendly and speak to you when you walk in and when you leave. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because they ALWAYS ask us to pull forward in the drive thru. Whether someone is behind us or not, they still ask us to pull forward. They get very rude when we refuse, stating that it affects their numbers the longer we sit in the drive. IF someone pulls up behind us and we don't have our food yet, I'll happily pull forward, but I refuse to pull forward if no one is sitting behind us. We always get hot fresh food and very rarely have we gotten cold fries from here. And, when we have, they happily replace them with fresh hot fries. Whataburger is our favorite fast food joint, and we know how expensive it is, but I always feel like my money is well spent here for the quality of food we receive. The drinks are always perfect carbonation/syrup mix, the condiments are always fresh/not expired, and the drink area is always clean/well stocked/organized. The restrooms are also always clean in...

My favorite fast food burger place. I love their chocolate shakes... you have to taste it right away though, sometimes they don't put enough chocolate in. I bring all my guests there after I pick them up from airport. The burgers are the best and HUGE! Very disappointed in my last visit, they forgot a whole order... (burger and fries) I called them right away and they made me feel like I was scamming them. Then the waiter told the manager he had an extra special order burger fries. I was told to come back now or they wouldn't be able to complete my order. I wasn't able to get back their right away so I paid for meal I didn't get. I suggest you check your bags b4 you leave... Wow... This place changed my life. I drove up to the drive thru and a quest was handed to me... The ultimate burger. I heard this voice. Tears streaming down my face... I order... "would you like to Whatasize this order?" Whatasize? Yes... Yes I would. The voice said to please pull around... After I ordered a hot apple pie. I pull up to the portal and this beautiful woman stands there... I... I swear she had this... AURA! I was mesmerized... And then I noticed the Aura wasn't coming from her... It was coming from the double meat bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños she was handing me. It was at this moment in my life... I had reached enlightenment... I transcended from the mortal world to a burger paradise... This may be stretching the truth just a bit but that burger was fantastic......
