Okay so...in case you didn't get the memo... PEOPLE DON'T BUY SANDWICHES BY CHOICE! WE ARE EITHER SHORT ON TIME OR ON SOME WEIRD DIET. This review is partly for the angry customer that was leaving your establishment as I came in, and for myself. I visit this place A LOT. Our headquarters are located literally within walking distance which means you get a SIGNIFICANT amount of business from us.

I called in my sandwich order... so that should obviously tell you I'm in a hurry or so you'd think. Upon arrival, there was already an angry customer yelling about her sandwich being made incorrectly. when making the order I am told only five minutes... I time my departure I little later and arrive 10 mins later. They were just making my food at that moment and had not prepared the order upon calling in. So I now have to wait for the food to be prepared and it cost me valuable time and consequences at my job. I asked for mayo on the side... jalapenos... I like my philly a certain way and none of the above was included. AND MY SAMMY WAS NOT HOT AT ALL! DON'T RUSH MY FOOD PROCESS TO MAKE UP FOR YOUR INCONSISTENCY! THE WORST PART.... was watching literally watch all employees on staff gather round' and talk badly about the angry customer before me who had EVERY right to feel the way she felt! Not only are you wasting valuable time for both the company and your customers...but you are literally BURNING YOUR BREAD AND BUTTER which is the CUSTOMER! So instead of me voicing my concerns with your staff.... I came here because I did not want to be ridiculed for...

I used to LOVE Which Wich, but it seems like things are going downhill for the company. Here in particular. Which Wich has changed their menu, and it doesn’t seem to be for the better. I went to this location to get a sub for dinner. They got rid of their original meatball sub, so I had to get a Meatball Hero that has extra items on it that I chose to remove after seeing reviews. My biggest complaint is that the meatballs for this sub are much larger than the old meatball subs used to be. Doesn’t sound like a bad thing, right? It wouldn’t be if they were cooked properly. I cut open the meatballs of my sandwich to see they were all pink on the inside. If this was freshly cooked meat I may not care so much, but considering this is meat that has been sitting for who knows how long....I’ll pass. Needless to say, it was a waste...

Just plain AWFUL!

we order from there a couple of times and every time the food comes out tasting plain, with no flavor at all. Yeah they look delicious (maybe because I’m hungry) but that’s it, they don’t taste good at all, my white bread with mayo,cheese, and oven roasted turkey sandwich taste a lot better than theirs ever will and a lot cheaper too.

Well to get to the point, I will never eat their again. When I purchase food from a restaurant I expected to have great flavor. That’s the reason I don’t eat out as often as I did, because most restaurants this days SUCK with their food.
