Eudici's Pizza — Restaurant in Thomas Township

It was very burnt with not enough cheese. Crust was charred and hard. I should have returned it but I didn't feel like driving back. The quality is always too variable and for me this is the last straw due to the fact I have had many pizzas like this. I know cheese is expensive but there shouldn't be a million open spots with sauce exposed, especially when you're more expensive than all your surrounding competitors. It was a -1 star pizza I received, but I have gotten well made pizzas here in the past and the toppings are delicious so that's why I gave a 2. That being said the quality is too erratic for me to return. If your pizza comes out unpresentable you should toss it and make a new one, I would rather wait an extra 20 minutes than receive the dreadful pizza I got. It was obvious when you looked at it after you put it in the box that you messed it up and that it was unacceptable to give to a customer. The owners should do a few undercover buys at this location to see what I mean, because I have a feeling they don't know...

This pains me to give it such a low score but this is a super unsanitary establishment. I have ordered this sandwich from there 3 times in the last 3 months or so. The sandwich tastes great. But when I got it for the 2nd time the guy gave me my change back then went and started touching other peoples food without washing his hands. I thought this was a one off thing and went back yesterday and a lady gave me my change back and didn’t wash her hands and started touching food. That to me is so unsanitary and disgusting I don’t think I’ll go back. And I’m leaving this review so they change their ways and do stuff more sanitary. Please change the protocol on...

The wrong pizza was made for an online order and delivered. Randal onsite insisted it was right, but admitted it was different than what we usually receive from the Freeland Rd location. He was considerably rude and unprofessional, hanging up on me many times. A friend eating the pizza is allergic to tomatoes, so the fact a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch at freeland rd is acceptable but Gratiot rd adds lettuce and tomatoes is unacceptable.
