I was picking up someoneās order for DoorDash, and I asked the Subway Employee (tall, dark skin, with dreadlocks). I showed him the name for the order for the customer.
He said, āIt just came up.ā
Okay so I sit down and waited for nearly TEN MINUTES, and he was fixing these other two customers order without informing me about the personās order that suppose to be ready at (3:07).
And then he even asked after those ten minutes, whatās the order name. š¤¦āāļø, I told him the customers name, and he put the order on the counter, not on the pick up rack.
Seriously⦠š He had the personās food sitting there for ten minutes. Thatās not how you manage an online pick order. They need...

After ordering our food she stated the register said she had to drop her drawer and she did not know how to do that so she called someone on the phone to assist and after about 10 minutes or more this guy finally showed up to assist.
