TERRIBLE customer serve. I tried to call in an order but couldn't because one of the employees had taken the phone off the hook but went ahead and I placed a to go order. I was never informed that it would be a long wait. After waiting approximately 40 min. I finally got my food. I was trying to talk to the person in charge but everyone in the restaurant seem to be to busy to talk to me in person and not wanting to cause a scene. I decided to call back and asked to speak to the person in charge. When she got on the phone I informed her that I had just left and that no one informed me of my wait. She told me that I was lying and hang up on me. So I went back to the restaurant to talk to her and she was very rude and then accused me of cursing at her which I never did. I asked for my money back. I understand that restaurants have large order sometimes but they should also inform the people ordering after that order that there will be a wait and not get an attitude when a customer is trying to...

We have never been to this establishment before. We walked in and didn't know if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated, and there wasn't a sign for it. The place was probably 25% occupied, so not very busy. We looked around and when no one come to welcome us we walked up to the counter and looked at the menu for a few minutes. No one ever said a word to us. We then decided to seat ourselves. No one come over, no one ever spoke to us. We waited several minutes. We left.

We decided to go to Slices Pizzeria in downtown. There was a sign at the front door "please wait to be seated." Within seconds someone come over welcomed us and sat us at a table. Within just a couple of minutes a server took our drink order.

A stark difference of hospitality...

I usually have a great experience here, but tonight we were highly disappointed. We went in at 7:40 pm and ordered 2 medium pizzas, a small pizza, and a small butter balls. One medium was supposed to be bbq chicken with jalapenos on half. It came out with jalapenos on the whole thing. Their solution was to take the pizza to the back and pick the jalapenos off one side. I went to the counter and told the young lady who took our order. She did fix the problem by making us a small bbq pizza without peppers. Our other medium pizza was pepperoni, and it tasted like cardboard. All this coupled with seeing small children running in and out of the kitchen area at will has made me decude we won't be going back there...

Pizza being the main thing here, it was an interesting experience. Sauce is bland, however the toppings are fresh and we're loaded--but man oh man was my pizza severely undercooked. The dough was still gelatinous. I mean it was bad, look at the pictures. No browning on the edges whatsoever. I had to bake it at home. For $20 a pizza, I shouldn't have to do that. It was my first time here and I'm sad it didn't live up to its hype. No additional flavour in the crust, no herbs or spices.

I found this place from driving by on my way to another store. The parking lot had a few cars in it, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. Upon entering, and walking up to the counter, I was greeted promptly with a friendly attitude from the staff. They have a large seating area. I placed an order to go. The pizza was well made and delicious. I will be back, and I recommend others try it out.

First and foremost this place has a very friendly staff. In town doing some training and wanted to try something new. The buffet had several varieties of pizza along with garlic knots. They even allow you to.order a specialty pizza you might like to try. Everything tasted very fresh and hit the spot. Will definitely come back again.
