Burger King — Restaurant in Thomasville

Food isn’t always hot, I get at a fast food place you put food under the warmer/heat light or whatever but legit every time we go something is always almost cold and we ALWAYS now to park and check our bag because every single time something is missing! Like every time rather it be fries, a sandwich something is always missing. Only reason we continue to go to this location is because of how close it is to our house. Having to check behind everyone in drive thru like I said is always a thing and I expect something to be missing not a good thing either but something I’ve just accepted and at this point I am okay with dealing with. However, having to use my microwave for food I just bought is annoying and kind of concerning as to how old the food...

Absolutely awful. First of all, my food was cold. I ordered a Cinnabon mini cinnamon bun and it was cold, hard, and old. It was obvious from the icing in the top that it had been sitting out a WHILE (hours, maybe even a day or so?) and then after trying to cut it, that verified everything. This place is ALWAYS terrible. I made the mistake of choosing this one over the one on Randolph Street and I assure you that will never happen again. I live very close to this one but would be happy to drive the extra couple miles to get FRESH FOOD. Shut down this place. Nothing is EVER fresh. Shame on you BK.

PS- your chicken nuggets suck. If I wanted McDonald's chicken nuggets, I would go...

It's never been sanitary to both handle the money cash and cards and pack food as well. They take the order make your drink take and pass money with no gloves on sight and washing hands. This is all the time. Today I saw the girl use her finger to drain the ice out of someone's cup. The same girl that took orders and packed food! Always slow. If they are understaffed just shut it down. Making people sick for a profit won't be fun. And theres a bunch of teens who do not care. Sandwich full of mayo with packaging goozing out. Walking back and forth from the front to the back not washing hands. Im a try really hard not to come to this location again. Today was it!! And food/buns...
