Subway — Restaurant in Thomasville

I'll start by saying I prefer the National Hwy location over this one, but they close earlier. This time I also chose to do an online order. I customized the sandwich and requested extra yellow Mustard. The sandwich was made as requested... Too well. The amount of Mustard on the sandwich ruined it, nothing else could be tasted. I could not take a single bite without the Mustard flooding out. I did ask for extra, but can we use some common sense? I will not use their online order again so I can see the sandwich made

When picking up I entered the store with no greeting. I stood at the register, finally an employee acknowledged me "online order? Name?" I suppose it's too much to ask for...

I am so tired of going to this subway and getting terrible attitudes and subpar service. Ordered steak and cheese sub with double meat, meat was cold, and bread was burnt. The guy at register was ringing customers up as the lead lady made subs. And because he did not have gloves on, he did not want to touch the subs. WHICH I APPRECIATE!!!!! but in front of about 6 of us customers, she starts to chew him out and tell him to touch the food anyway, Then she says, "to roll it up anyways without gloves because she just needed some freaking help!" This was my worst encounter with Subway ever!! I literally called in after I left to get the employee name (Holly). When I walked into the EMPTY restaurant, I was not greeted nor acknowledged by the employee. She then proceeded to get food from behind the register and feed herself, still no interaction with me as a customer. A gentleman then came from the back to assist me, he provided good service.
