One of THE WORST Sonic restaurants. They get something wrong for a majority of our orders.
The food quality is usually mediocre and, often times, just plain awful. They usually have overcooked fried foods that are often rock hard and inedible (see attached pictures) This frequently happens with tots, groovy fries, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and French toast sticks... Just to name a handful of items.
They also struggle with paying attention to the details of your mobile order.
They rarely do the easy ice correctly. The drinks are almost always filled half full with ice. That is NOT easy ice. (see attached pictures)
Once when I went back to get it corrected, they gave us 4 drinks filled half full of ice and the employee rolled her eyes at me before she went to do it.
Today, we ordered 4 diet Cokes. We got easy ice the first time, but they ended up being 4 REGULAR Cokes. We didn't realize it until we got home. We drove all the way back to have it corrected.
They asked to see the receipt (which shows easy ice). It was even worse after they "CORRECTED" them. We received 4 large diet Cokes... NOT easy ice...2 weren't filled all the way ... And 2 were mostly just carbonation.
The tater tots container was only filled 3/4 of the way full and 1/4 of those were rock hard and INEDIBLE!!! (See attached pictures)
Half of the French toast sticks were ALSO rock hard and INEDIBLE!!! (See attached pictures)
Terrible customer service is the other negative thing about this location. We have had at least 10 encounters where the employees have an attitude and roll their eyes or sigh or are just plain rude. One employee sighed and rolled his eyes when we asked for a drink carrier because we had ordered FOUR drinks.
We try to avoid this location as much as possible. I will always tell other people to avoid this location.
The management needs to take notice and take action to make changes to provide a consistent level of high quality food, pay attention to details of an order, and consistently provide a high level of customer service.
The food costs too much money to settle for terrible food and service.
The actions of the employees at this location communicate a message of "we don't care." I guarantee you will lose a lot of business when you allow your employees to behave this way and when you don't hold your employees accountable about providing good customer service.
The management and ownership needs to show that they care about their customers if they want to retain their customers.

Read moreUsually in the afternoons there’s a young man who’s working, notices if things are wrong as he’s handing them and is very sweet and welcoming. He’s the reason we started coming back to this location. Apparently he was off today or it was too late. Ordered and not much. A smash burger, moz sticks, cheddar bites and a Fritos wrap, plus 2 drinks and some sauce. Wait for 15 minutes on top of the 10 min drive after ordering. We ended up with a corn dog and tator tots. Go back, they said they’re fixing it. We see everything in there and ask for the sauces again. Get home, go to eat, Fritos wrap: chicken, cheese and bacon??? Smashburger: no pickles, cold, halfway through a curly dark hair. Moz sticks: cold, hard like a string cheese out of the fridge. The cheddar bites aren’t mine to speak for so unsure. 2/3 sauce packets have holes in the top leaking.. yuck. Cold, expensive and wrong not once but twice. Now we went back and spent MORE of our own money because you can’t mention that things are wrong without attitude and not being able to trust the employees. And can the employees do anything else to make it right? They couldn’t make it right by fixing the order the first time and now won’t after it was that gross? Such a bummer. Won’t be back. Hope that young man is appreciated and hope he decides to move onto better. Will miss seeing him though and thought things may have changed from last summer with the very rude girls...
Read moreUPDATE: My review/complaint was escalated and I got a call from one of the managers at the restaurant who was very gracious and professional. She apologized for my experience and wants to make it right. She said (something to the effect) that they had just installed a new fryer and that some of the employees were still getting used to it. Having worked in fast food myself (long ago), I know how complicated some of the equipment can be. I shall return! :)

We ordered two 3-piece chicken tender meals (just the entree), and were surprised by the difference between the two. For one meal, the tenders were decently-sized, evenly cooked, and tasty. The other meal's tenders were shriveled, small, burnt and awful. We ordered both of these meals at the same time (same order), and were so surprised that on one meal the staff worked hard to give us a good meal and the other 3-piece, they just gave us the bottom of the barrel (or bottom of the fryer). Why they didn't throw out the second order rather than just giving it to us and pretending that it's the same meal as the first is beyond me. Just fry new tenders if all you have left is burnt food. It's not rocket science. All of that to say, no guarantee on quality at this restaurant. It's a crap shoot.
