Food-decent, but dont make special requests. Wings-chewy and need to be cooked first, then fried to order. Bourbon maple you can taste more alcohol than sauce. Taco meat-is it meat, and why the not taco flavor? Pizza-actually slightly better than average. Slightly. Often thin crust is not crisp Burgers-not seasoned Soft drinks-flat from the soda machine because there is no ice in it. Hope that it is from the bar gun.

Service-depends on who you get. If an older person is working who hardly walks, plan on everything taking long by her, and the rest of the staff angry because that person is working. I'm that person works hard, but wrong industry. If that person is not working, you may or may not catch the test of the staff on a good day. And why ih why do you have the slowest person cocktail serving the outside. To be fair there are a few that are very nice, work hard, and try to do the best with what they have. Often though, they are distracted by the frustrations clearly by how the business is ran. Rumor has it GM successful ran Wasserbahn into the ground. Looks like she will be successful with that goal

Atmosphere- don't plan on being able to wash your sweaty hands from no AC because you will likely not have a working faucet in the stale urine smell filled bathroom. If you are lucky enough to wash your hands, there is likely not going to be paper towels. Half the furniture is damaged. Pool table light hasn't worked fur months. Broke blinds are the first thing you see. And that is only if you make it in from then not closing early. Broken floor tiles. Wobbly tables and chairs. AND NO AIR CONDITIONING IN HALF THE DINING ROOM. Be prepared for boob sweat or sticky balls. If you are coming for food, come early. The kitchen decides "fried food only" if they want to leave early, likely the reason the business. Often closes early. Evening night cap? Again, get there early. They close early often, and/or they go off their "bar clock" which is 30 minutes too fast.

Other-dont park on front of the building unless you have a lifted vehicle. You might damage your car from the busted up parking lot.

What else to expect: -you may or may not get food made they way you request -you may or may not be able to wash your hands -you may or may not have a kids drink included with a kids meal. Anywhere else its included. Here, often charged for an adult soft drink half the price of the kids food. -they may or may not have the full menu -they may or may not be open depending on how late and what night -you may or may not scratch yourself on the damaged chair. Wear pants in case unless AC is out. Then stand. -you may or may not be checked on after your food comes. Hope it's what you ordered and don't forget to ask for anything you might need when it comes or they will likely forget about you until...

This was our first and last visit..we ordered wings..when ordering we were asked by the owner/ bartender if i wanted a half pound or pound. When the wings came the plate had 5 wings on it..and was told bty the owner that she wasnt sure if i wanted a whole pound and to let her know if i wanted more..first of all why wouldnt you say would you like a dozen or half dozen..then when i said i wanted more..she asked of i wanted more ranch..im assuming becausr i didnt use all of it i was supposed to keep it to save money..so at this point we were just ready to pay and leave..well it took another 5 minutes to get her attention to even pay because she was pouring shots for her and some customers..will never return i think they should focus more on customer service..and maybe instead of drinking make...

My wife and I have been going to this restaurant since they opened and we do like the food though it is over priced for the quality, some times the service is a bit lacking to. They are never very busy.

How ever the reason for the 1 star rating is the fact they are charging a 3% convenience fee to eat there. I don't think I should have to pay a fee to eat somewhere. They do say if you pay in cash they will remove the fee "if" you ask. But, this is ridiculous to have to pay a fee to use a card to pay for your bill.

If you do decide to eat here and you are paying in cash make sure they are taking the fee off your bill, if you are paying by card you are going to have to pay just to...
