It's 55 degrees in Iowa in winter so we took our luxury summer car to the wash here today. It did a great job. The staff guy there was very pleasant when we were in line waiting. We will return to this wash again.

I am new to this car wash and I had a manual carwash today. I thought it was a $7 each time you run the hose to wash your car, but surprisingly my card was credited $55 for just around 10 to 15 mins manual wash, it’s too expensive! The water or soaps stops after a certain time so I need to swipe back my card many times to activate it until I finished. Attached is the photo of my bank transaction I had today at Hawks which...

super nice attendant! it’s just a little weird. there’s no description of the different washes, but i should have asked the guy probably. it has you pull back and forth inside the stall and it’s very confusing. then you pull forward to rinse and dry and if you don’t go the exact right speed, the dryer will run out before the back half of your car is done drying. and the vacuums...

I've used the self wash and the automatic wash. Both are horrible. The automatic wash didn't even get my car clean. The self wash, you have to put in $4 which gets you 4 minutes. I've never used such an expensive self wash. I put in $5 and only had enough time to use soap and power wash. I swear there was barely any...
