A Flavorful Journey at Clark’s Outpost
We recently had the pleasure of dining at Clark’s Outpost and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The star of the show was their Rib Dinner, and it was nothing short of exceptional.
The ribs were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. Each bite was a burst of smoky goodness, and I couldn't get enough of them. The seasoning was spot on, and it was evident that a great deal of care went into preparing them.
My husband said the Sausage and Pulled Pork Sandwich was a true winner. It was a fantastic combination of flavors. The sausage added a nice kick, while the pulled pork was tender and juicy. This sandwich left him craving for more.
The Home Fries were a delightful surprise. They were crispy just as I like them, adding a wonderful texture to the meal.
The Creamy Coleslaw was a perfect side dish. It had the right balance of creaminess and tanginess that complemented the savory dishes splendidly.
One unique touch that stood out was adding barbecue sauce to the Queso Brisket. It brought a smoky, rich flavor that enhanced the dish. It was a small twist that made a big difference.
Last but not least, a special shoutout to our server, Kelly. She was attentive, engaging, and highly informative about the menu. To top it off, she made the best Coconut Crème and Chocolate Crème Pies that rounded off the meal perfectly.
Overall, our dining experience at Clark’s Outpost was nothing short of amazing. The flavors, the service, and the atmosphere made it a memorable meal. We can't wait to return for another round of those incredible ribs and delightful desserts. If you're looking for a place that combines great food and top-notch service, Clark’s Outpost is the...
Read moreMy first visit will also be my last visit. BBQ was good but nothing amazing. However the service was terrible. My husband picked up the BBQ Sauce bottle and it exploded ALL OVER HIM! He was coated in BBQ sauce with a bug puddle on the table. I alerted the waitress who apologized profusely saying "we keep the bottles in warm water and these are new bottles that are made of un-tempered glass. Clearly they are not meant for that." My husband was left sitting there while she took his plate to remake his food. I waited for her to return, but finally had to ask for towels to clean up the mess. They brought him a t-shirt at least. I had to ask 3 separate times for my potato salad that was forgotten. Accidents happen, and realize that she was probably overwhelmed with everything but what happened next is what really ticked me off. My mother in law ordered a piece of chocolate pie to go. The waitress had the nerve to come back to our table after my MIL received the pie and tell us that she was going to need the pie back! It was the last piece and was already spoken for. I was stunned! After everything exploded sauce bottle without any compensation or discount for my husband's ruined Polo shirt my elderly mother in law had to give up her pie. They are extremely fortunate that no one was injured by exploding glass at our table from their own negligence of using a un tempered glass bottle that was under heated pressure. I am...
Read moreJust ate there for the first time with my parents. They had eaten there before and had a wonderful experience. However, today was some of the absolute worst service I have ever had anywhere. The fake red head that served us might as well have been in space because she kept forgetting that we were even her table. Took 15-20 minutes to even get our drinks because she forgot about us. There was hardly anyone there and it’s a small place. Then took another 30 or more minutes to get our food. When the waitress would talk to us, she would talk to us while in the process of trying to walk away. Couldn’t even be bothered to stick around to see what we needed. Never got any refills. Then when paying made sure to smile real big and stick around to make sure she got a nice tip. No thanks. Oh and not to mention she sprayed the table when we were sitting down and couldn’t even wait for us to pick our things up off the table, and sprayed my mother with cleaner. My pulled pork sandwich might as well have been cat food bc it was bland as heck. Don’t bother with this place. And another couple walked out because of the same...
