We went three times since the updates, and only one was acceptable. Bartenders are overwhelmed. They can't handle people sitting at the bar + customers in lines from the bowling alley. They walk by and won't refill drinks, food doesn't come out correctly (wrong or forgotten sides/toppings) and/or it'll be overcooked. Manager/owner sits in the bar and drinks all the time instead of helping when wait times are super long (we were told 20m on food but then told it would be another 30+ minutes by the bartender, but then the owner/manager said the kitchen is under-trained and they automatically serve the bowling alley side their orders first????) On top of that, the lanes we reserved for bowling were given away. Will never...

Food was great. Place is clean. Staff was friendly. Got a grilled chicken that was supposed to be breaded, but they fixed it with a fresh sandwich, an apology from the owner, sent us home with the first sandwich for tomorrows lunch, comped us a drink and offered to bring us an appetizer on the house. Absolutely appreciate this family run business and all they pour into the community. Waitress did an outstanding job, but the cook really needs to understand food wise. I asked for a cheeseburger with toppings, lettuce, tomoto, jalapeños, onion and pickles. It came out with no toppings. My cheeseburger came out with pepper jack cheese. I was not going to complain since I heard the cook say in a snotty way it has pepper jack cheese on it for jalapeños.
