Yesterday, January 3, 2025, I wanted some food. Normally, I go to the Cheney Highway store for my sandwiches. However, yesterday, I went to the one on Washington Ave. When I walked in, I remembered thinking "Wow. This place is way more homey than the Cheney". I walk in, knowing what my normal order is. The dude that's there walks up and asks what I want. I tell him two turkey and hams on Italian. He kept asking me what I wanted and couldn't hear because he had earbuds in. Then he made it. When we got to the condiments and whatnot, I asked for lettuce, tomato, and mayo. When it came to the tomato, I asked for salt and pepper. When he went to put it on the first time, he put too much so I asked if he could lightly put it on. He then scoffed and shook it against the tomatoes. He then just slid the sandwiches to the counter to wrap them up. He forgot the mayo I had asked for. I gave him a 10% tip because I was taught to never not tip workers. But the entire interaction was awkward and embarrassing. And after I was cashed out, he then proceeded to get on his phone. To me, it felt like he just wanted me gone so he could go back to playing on his phone. I'd say go to the Cheney Highway store. The people there are far nicer. He was the only one at the store, so I couldn't do...

My Karen is about to come out. Let's start with arriving to this Subway, small/ packed parking lot (while I was there) if you have any medium sized or larger car, don't think about it. We walk into the restaurant. Unfortunately, they can't control this, but the area is not made to maintain a 6 foot distance. They need to make people wait 6 feet from the end of the line. Both employee's working were not wearing their masks. This unfortunately revealed their poor customer service. The lady was either in a bad mood, or didn't want to be there, but the vibe she set wasn't a pleasant one. Now the sandwich. I got a spicy Italian. I eat probably too much Subway tbh. This Subway sandwich wasn't bad, but definitely off. I forgot to add salt and pepper, but I don't think that would make that bug of a difference.
I hope management can just take corrective action and solve the variables that they can control (Masks, 6ft distance, and...
Read moreJust today, I walked into Subway here in Titusville on US1 Knowing the manager and his employee took my order. She was a older lady probably in her 60s or 70s couldn’t remember anything that I ordered so I had to go back and tell her twice sometimes three times this has not happened for all the years that I’ve been going there all of a sudden the owner is hiring older people, that possibly have dementia and this is getting ridiculous. I had to tell her twice to cook the bacon on my sub wrap she could have gotten me sick if I hadn’t told her twice to cook the bacon this is another example of poor customer service by employees getting their customer sick. This needs to stop if this continues. This person needs to be fired. This is not the first time I’ve been letting it go for quite a bit of time now it needs to stop or will get reported...
