Just went here at 8:35pm tonight on Monday 24th 2024 and want to get my girls ice cream ... I ordered my daughters but when I went to ask what a specific ice cream was (a Freeze) I asked the girl how do I order ... not only was the girl nasty , responded while avoiding eye contact , and said "it's just whatever flavor of slushie you want" so I then tried to look back at the menu and couldn't read the flavors so I decided I would just get something else .... the she started naming off the flavors very aggressively and I then asked if she had an attitude and she said (with an even bigger attitude) "NO ! I'm reading off the flavors ... blue raspberry, cherry .... etc" as I gradually drove off ...

I don't care , bad day or not ... that is not how you treat customers... I grew up going to this place and it was my first time there this year to give my girls an idea what I grew up too and best believe I won't come back here . . .

The girl was white , with a blue shirt on , hair in a back bun with blue floral fake nails on . . .

I wasn't going to post a bad review but I tried calling and the voicemail hasn't been set up yet 🙃

Went to get an ice cream cone with my granddaughter tonight (9/17/16) at 8:27pm. Only to find out that they're closed per the girl that came to the window!! I said I thought you closed at, and she said 9pm, I said, it's not even 9! Another girl came up and the first girl said, well our machines are already turned off!! She went on to say, after speaking with the second girl, we can only do cones it sundaes!! We stated we only want a cone. So we order a med chocolate with crunch coat & a med twist both in a cup. She said $5.50, I gave her a 20$ and she gave me change minus a 1.50 tip. The chocolate ice cream was literally nasty spoiled!! It's hard to describe the taste, so needless to say, I called when we got home at 8:43pm and no one answered the phone and couldn't leave a msg due to the mailbox is full, however, I left my phone number that was to be sent to a page or something! Can't remember what it said, so I literally got bad attitude at the window but also got horrible spoiled ice cream ☹️ Will be calling tomorrow Sun 9/18 to speak to owner. Disappointed...

I’m a former employee who worked at debs for a year, the owners do not care about the girls working there and I strongly advise everyone to take your money elsewhere. One of my former coworkers has COVID-19 due to the owners lack of safety and precautions for the pandemic. Masks were not worn by the staff and the public was out at risk. One of the owners wives sent me a very nasty comment insulting me and treating me poorly which is terribly unprofessional. Not only did their lack of empathy towards employees end up with one of them contracting COVID-19, in past years they would not give minors breaks like the law tells them too and minors would pass out in the store and nothing was done to help her. Please take your money elsewhere, somewhere that cares about the employees and...
