⭐☆☆☆☆ Repeatedly ignored over a simple request – really disappointing

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel like I have to say something. We ordered from Hungry Howies and made one very simple request: garlic sauce with our meal. Not once, not twice, but three times we asked for it.

First, we added it in the special instructions on the order. No response. So we followed up with a phone call to double-check — we were told it would be included. Finally, when the driver arrived, we reminded them again, and they assured us it was in the bag. Spoiler: it wasn’t.

It might sound like a small thing, but the garlic sauce was a key part of what we were looking forward to with our meal. The food itself was fine, but when you ask for something three times and still don’t get it, it just shows a total lack of attention and care.

It’s not about the sauce — it’s about the service. If a business can’t get a simple, clearly communicated request right after being reminded multiple times, it really makes you question how seriously they take customer satisfaction.

Very disappointing experience, and we won’t be ordering from Hungry...

I couldn't remember why we stopped getting pizza here. Tonight reminded me. They say they are open until 10, however that is not true. I sent an online order before 9:25 (I started to try to create an account about 15 before 9.) and promptly got a phone call saying they were not open. I said but it says 10 online and he said yes. However they stop taking orders at 9:30 and don't have delivery drivers. They washed to get out of there before ten. So, REALLY NOT OPEN UNTIL 10. I think, the last time we ordered pickup, we couldn't get in the doors. No one would answer the doorbell. We had to call to be left in. Plus, dad reminded me that they overcooked our pies, as well as mixed up the toppings. He couldn't eat his pizza it was so hard. We used to live this place. I don't think we will be ordering from here...

Tried their food out for the first time 2/25/23, ordered through Door Dash. Ordered Cheese pizza, 3 cheese cheesy bread and 8 piece buffalo wings. It looked appetizing and was delicious, hot fresh and it was actually prepared quicker than the approx. time online. New favorite pizza place. 😋💜

7/2/2024 Once again HH came through. I had a very long day, didn't want to cook. I am very picky about where I eat. After much thought decided on HH. Ordered a chicken back ranch Calzone, small 3 cheese pizza, 10pc Asia boneless chicken and with a $20 purchase got HH bread. Great deal. Great service. My food was fresh and delicious. My picky eater haven't said a word since he sat at the table. I got leftovers...
