If I could give negative stars I would. I placed a order online for pickup. When I arrived there was no way to reach the staff, but to knock on the window which I did. I told the gentleman I placed a order online. He immediately spoke over me and began to explain how they don't take online orders. He would not let me explain that I was on the phone with the company with whom I placed the order thru (you know door dash Uber eats kinds of thing). He closed the little window on me and walked away. I knocked again and he came back and said "listen queen I don't owe you anything!" I simply just wanted to place my order and try their food. because of his superior attitude I told him keep your food and went back to my car. At which point the gentleman in question called the company I was still on the phone with describing me as belligerent. My money was refunded to me and the woman on the phone was so sweet and kind about everything. Needless to say I will not be giving this company any...

Not being from here getting off work seeing a Coney Island I chose this place off the road. It’s confusing where you enter or place a order so I just pulled close to the door well I thought it was a door I wasn’t sure if I was to go in or order at the window. There is no entry sign or no doorbell. Also a club or something in the same building. A lot was going on. All I did was knock on the door. Dread head nappy beard long faced dude get mad with attitude “don’t do that!” “do you gotta order!” “we see you!” Just talking sideways. After that I ain’t want that nasty spirit over my food and went next door my advice… JUST GO NEXT DOOR. If you see me looking confused why not open the window/door whatever you use and say hey you order right here. My opinion if you scared and overly paranoid about a customer approaching an open building you in the wrong business and you way too angry my guy calm...

We had just left the hospital and wanted to try something local. I seen a coney island and immediately headed there. Being from Detroit, it's one every 5 miles but I've never seen any in ohio. I got the 2 pc whiting dinner with okra and Mac and cheese and a corned beef and Swiss cheese Soul Roll!! My wife had a chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries. Man when I tell you, it was worth the wait it definitely was!!! Everything was on point and the guy was super nice. He even honored his BOGO deal on coney dogs that are 8-Noon, Monday-Friday that we had no idea about!! Definitely will have to come back and try the rest of the menu! Thanks big homie!
