Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

Put a complaint on the Marcos website/email for barely getting any toppings on my 46 dollar 2 pizza order. Didn't hear anything all week. I put a one star review since I didn't hear anything, and you told me to email the Marcos corporate which I already did, so I called and left a voicemail. I received a call back the next day, and gave my receipt number and told you my problem. Pretty much told me called me a liar and then said that this Marcos has received no other complaints all year for small amount of toppings. Was not offered a new order, a refund or anything at all. Just that you would call the manager of this store and fix the problem. So I deleted my old review and put this one on here so other people know that they don't care about quality or their customers happiness and satisfaction. Thanks for nothing! Know what? .. i have nothing but time,, I'm off work for the next couple months... Maybe I'll stand out on the sidewalk with a sign by the entrance to the parking lot telling people what a joke...

I placed a carry out order on 11/19, I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready, (NO PROBLEM). Kristen was working by herself and was very busy. She made the pizza but forgot to put it in the oven. Lol. I honestly did not mind, I totally understand being busy and working alone. She actually "hooked me up" for her mistake. I told her she definitely didn't need to do that, but she did. I really appreciated what she did. She is sooo nice and from what I could tell a valuable employee. Im just sorry it took me so long to do a review about Kristen. (I hope I got her name right). I actually love all the employees at the Point Place store. They all treat me nice and actually remember my name. I say that because they say "hi Jackie" when I walk in. Marcos...

I'm a truck driver. I know please hold the praise yall are to kind. I was parked at the pilot down the road. Figured I give marcos a try. Let me tell you I was very impressed. I ordered the pepperoni melt and the cheese sticks. Now the pizza was loaded with cheese and pepperoni it arrived hot and fresh so the delivery driver didn't mess around he got that pizza to me fast. The cheese bread was super cheesy and the bread was soft and light I was surprised because I've gotten cheese stick from other establishments and they are alwasy burned and dry but not here these were what cheese sticks are supposed to be like. I guess in other words holy toledo this meal...
