I walked in and though only one other person was waiting it took a few minutes before I was ever even acknowledged... and two employees walked up front several times and looked at me but never said anything. Finally I believe the manager came up and got me situated. He was very kind and professional. What was NOT professional Ed the young man with the head full of curly hair that was NOT covered and being shaken out every few minutes and he kept running his hands through it.
