Starbucks — Restaurant in Toledo

The barista had no idea what I was ordering , she had to look at my phone . I wanted a grande veranda blend which is just a normal brewed coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup. She gave me a latte with vanilla syrup in which I’m a diabetic so I cannot have a lot of sugar. It didn’t even taste correct . I will not go to another Kroger Starbucks again. I also wanted the chicken sandwich in which it said they had online but I guess they didn’t. Tried to scan my rewards like I do Every time and she stated the bar code had to be bigger. Nothing she said made any sense at all. They need more people who actually know what they are doing to work at this Starbucks because no one wants to pay for an already not cheap coffee and get...

Service is faster than many other locations. I have never seen a line with more than two people in it. I've come here since they opened a few years ago. I even went there during the times their expresso machine has broken. After talking to the employees about it I decided not to dock them any stars. It isn't their fault and they do not have a second machine like larger locations so when things break they are at the mercy of the repairman.
