Horrible experience they need to get under control people they kill someone. I ordered my feed with no jalapeño sauce due to deadly allergies with jalapeños and I specifically major I told the person who took my order and the person at the window that I was allergic to the sauce to please make sure that the sauce was not on the food and to mark the ones that had no sauce multiple times and they even went as far as marking food I got home and thankfully I was smart enough to check my food before just eating it because they definitely did not care to follow instructions and put that sauce that I informed them several times that I was deathly allergic to When I went up there peacefully and kindly the entire store was being ran by managers So there was literally no excuse one manager came up and asked me what was wrong and was rude about it and when I told him walked away and went and got a different manager and when she came up she was super rude as well and made me explain everything all over again and still had an attitude like it was my fault that they didn’t listen to messed up my food she then proceeded to go grab gloves and open my food and legitimately ripped the food apart right on the front counter like I was lying or something and then had an attitude about having to remake my food I asked for the general manager and they would not get him but I could see him sitting in the office I asked her who the area coach of the store was and she wanted to play dumb like and she didn’t know what I was talking about or who I was asking for. I tried to call up and I asked to speak to their general manager and when the person told the general manager that somebody was asking for them on phone he grabbed it and greeted me say saying “what up” unprofessional on a whole new level. Secor/Laskey Road Taco Bell. I rarely Eat Fast Food but I came to this Taco Bell today as I was in a super big hurry and had to eat something quick. I bypassed the drive-thru as I always get my to go inside. When I asked the girl taking my order what exactly was in each item I was interested in getting she clearly and efficiently explained what ingredient went into each item. That impressed me because sometimes places slip onions in and I dont always like eating onions. She even asked if I wanted to taste the chipotle sauce that went into an item incase I did not like it prior to me ordering that particular item with that sauce. To me that is important even at a fast food restaurant. I know its fast food but I was impressed with this Taco Bell for that in particular and It was Super Clean especially at the Soda Fountain. Usually you will find them sticky and a mess. Not here. It was wiped down and clear of straw clutter and spilled liquids. Worst experience at a fast food place ever! Was in on 5/11/23 around 6:45 in the evening. The drive thru was busy so my husband and I thought we go in to order. Stood at the counter for a couple of minutes, no one acknowledged us. A worker came from outside(looked high), went to the register fumbled around with it, looked at us and walked away. Another worker (young girl) saw us standing there and didn't say hello or anything. My husband said he wanted to place an order, she said you have to order from the KIOSK and walked away. So, we went to KIOSK and placed are order. Waited at least another 10 minutes until order was complete. I realize there's short staffing and a lot of businesses are hurting for good quality people. This Taco Bell seems like it has the bottom of the barrel of staffing or at least the two we encountered didn't give a $&^% when dealing with customers.
